After spending an hour of discrimination and poor service at Cracker Barrel in Derry, I decided to go back to one of my favorite places in Manchester ihop, I was craving pancakes, when I arrived the chef came out and served me very politely, and the waitress was a good person, a very nice and helpful girl, I ordered the steak omelet with 3 pancakes, they took I think about 10 minutes and the restaurant was obviously a bit full, but the most important thing is that I didn't feel discriminated against, and the service was great, thank you for making up for the bad time I had at Cracker Barrel, everyone is very friendly! Thank you ihop! By the way the food is amazing 20/10

Food is good for what it is. It’s a lot cheaper than other places. The service is friendly and the late night atmosphere of an ihop is perfect.

The big steak omlette was enormous, definitely worth the price. Ended up being my only meal of the day as i was still not hungry come dinner time. Service was a bit slow but very friendly. I will be returning when in the area.

Took a long time to get our food and to get the waitress's attention for a Pepsi. Nice time for a Sunday brunch and everything tasted really good. If they were more attentive and service faster, would get higher marks. Also, out front needs some landscaping; lookin kinda weedy.

We stopped here on our way home from Rhode Island to Vermont. The restaurant was disgusting. There was only one other car in the parking lot and that should have been our first clue. We walked in and one server was sitting at a table on his phone. Another server came and sat us. The floor was so dirty. Clearly hadn’t been swept or cleaned all day or for multiple days. They forgot things we asked for food and the waitress only checked on us once during our meal. Left our drinks empty. 10/10 would not recommend this location to anyone and we love IHop.

Went in and was seated fairly quickly but after the hostess sat us no one came over to say hello or anything, we were definitely ignored by the servers. We didn't have a pleasant experience a few months and definitely did not have a good time again.

Whenever I'm picking up my order, there's no one on the front desk, which keeps me waiting for more than 15-20 minutes. Improve your front desk service!
I just attempted to eat the worst breakfast I've ever had. I ordered hot tea, but somehow, it tasted like coffee. Then my toast came out, not buttered, and some how, the toast was chewy so I couldn't chew all the way through it. I was so turned off, that my omelet was a bit unbearable as well. I think I was just disappointed at that pount I'm not about to spread rumors, but I'm not going to go back there.
I know it was just a distracting start for the day. Moving up and forward. Blessing ALL I meet today.

Food is good but you guys might want to update your hours if they change. It says that this location opens at 7am and it's been 25mins and their is no lights on in the building and the doors are locked. Please be more professional when it comes to opening up on time or atleast put a sign on the door

We wait for over 45 minutes and all we got served is coffee and water. Couldn't wait any longer for the food. The server comes out and said our food went to another table. She than tells me we took it off your bill. What bill we didn't get served anything.
