Someone gave me a gift 🧧 card and the Portsmouth IHOP has shut down. I was meeting family in Manchester later so I stopped by here. Friendly service! WiFi available. I ordered the Breakfast Burrito with turkey 🦃 bacon 🥓 and hash browns. Very good! OJ to wash it down. ( I was saving my coffee ☕ for Flight ✈️ Coffee ☕ Co which is ten minutes away!) Sorry IHOP! Next time! Update: January 2026; I had the Quick Two Egg 🥚 Breakfast 🍳 with scrambled eggs with cheese, turkey bacon and multigrain toast. I also had coffee ☕ and cranberry juice 🥤. I had a pot of coffee brought to me, offered refills on my juice and asked if I wanted jelly. I ate it all and I was not hungry the rest of the day! If you like IHOP or want a good breakfast 🥞🍳, I recommend here.

Food was bland and had no flavor, the mozzarella sticks were not even fully done cooking when they got served. The waitress barely came by very slow service. When our drinks were empty she never offered refills and was dismissive. When we finally got her attention for refills she kept trying to walk away before we were finished talking about who wanted refills and what they wanted for refills. This restaurant used to be good years ago but is very disappointing with quality of service and food quality.

The service was rough. Waitress was not friendly and didn’t check in or bring us our check until well after we were done eating. The food was cold. Not even slightly warm. We got a pancake combo, chocolate chip pancakes, and crispy potato’s. All of it was cold. Extremely disappointed

I'm giving this place five stars because it was the only place open on Thanksgiving when I and my family came into Manchester New Hampshire. The service was very slow but the food was as typical as IHOP is. My son enjoyed the experience.

They were not busy and we waited about 15 minutes before anyone bothered acknowledging us. That set the tone, just an unnecessary wait for everything, first visit from waitress, drinks, food, check. All just exceptionally slow. After all the waiting, the food was just bland. I wouldn't expect anything exceptional, but some flavor would be nice. Won't go back.

Had waited to long for refills on coffee and creamer. Brother in law took it upon herself to get more coffee and the waitress came out and she she got in trouble with her manager for him doing that. That was a conversation she should have never brought up.

After spending an hour of discrimination and poor service at Cracker Barrel in Derry, I decided to go back to one of my favorite places in Manchester ihop, I was craving pancakes, when I arrived the chef came out and served me very politely, and the waitress was a good person, a very nice and helpful girl, I ordered the steak omelet with 3 pancakes, they took I think about 10 minutes and the restaurant was obviously a bit full, but the most important thing is that I didn't feel discriminated against, and the service was great, thank you for making up for the bad time I had at Cracker Barrel, everyone is very friendly! Thank you ihop! By the way the food is amazing 20/10
