Stopped by today for the first time. It looked like they had a lot of yummy items. There were 2 registers and I went to the register on the left. The blonde woman behind the counter was filling a container with food. I realized she was busy and I certainly didn’t mind waiting. However I asked a simple question when I noticed that maybe I should be placing my coffee order at the other register. She mistook my asking (while she was filling a container with food) as me being impatient. She said I could order coffee at any register but she was working on another customers order. She was rude with her response. Not a welcoming response. We decided to leave and go elsewhere.

I love to come in here. Love their chicken pot pie, their donuts, cookies, everything tastes amazing! The worker on the weekday was so snarky and rude I won’t be back. Will miss the good food but I was so polite. Someone asked her where the forks were and she said “right in front of you” and I asked about the flavors of coffee and I felt like everything I asked inconvenienced her. Too bad! Good luck selling your good food with that customer service

Recently bought a gender reveal cake and the cake was absolutely beautiful and tasted delicious. It was very similar to the inspo pic I wanted! Great job to the staff! Thanks for making our day so special with this beautiful cake!

Great food and coffee, but your customer service needs a lot of work. I've been there a handful of times and never once has someone said anything when I walk into the door. Most times when I order, I almost feel like an inconvenience - the attitudes of some of the employees can make someone feel very uncomfortable. Your customer service needs a lot of work, but everything else is great.

This bakery is the best in New Hampshire. I don’t even live in the area but when I come to New England a couple times a year I make a point to come here every single time. The pastries are always fresh and every single thing is a hit, from the donuts and scones to the cookies and cakes. Cannot recommend this place enough!
