Great food and coffee, but your customer service needs a lot of work. I've been there a handful of times and never once has someone said anything when I walk into the door. Most times when I order, I almost feel like an inconvenience - the attitudes of some of the employees can make someone feel very uncomfortable. Your customer service needs a lot of work, but everything else is great.
Just always a top tier experience and it’s become a staple in our family since we moved to the area. Always clean, efficient, yet still feels homey and comfortable. The array Scones, cookies, coffees, sandwiches and fun merchandise make it an elite experience every single time.
