Unfortunately it's technically closed. There is, however, a self-serve kiosk inside Target you can get the same food from right next to the Starbucks. Nothing is made to order anymore so it's up to luck if the item you want is on the heating shelves. Otherwise food is identical so if you liked it before you'll like it now.
