I order from Pressed 4 to 5 times a week and have been a loyal customer for a long time. I’ve never complained once until now. I accidentally placed an order at the wrong location and called immediately after realizing the mistake. The order was never picked up, never made for me, and could have easily been canceled. Instead of trying to help, the staff escalated to the manager, who flat-out refused to refund or offer any solution. No empathy. No flexibility. No attempt to retain a loyal customer who spends money here multiple times a week. For a brand that markets itself as premium, customer-focused, and health-driven, this response was greedy, dismissive, and lazy. Mistakes happen. Good businesses fix them. Great businesses protect long-term customers. This location did neither. What makes this worse is that this was an honest error caught quickly, yet the response was “policy over people.” That tells me everything I need to know about how this store is managed. Pressed is not cheap. Loyalty clearly means nothing here. One mistake, handled poorly, was enough to lose a regular customer. Corporate should seriously review how this location is being run.

The parking is ridiculous. There should be a spot for people to park if they have ordered online or for doordashers. The drive thru line cutting through the entrance is so stupid. Your parking lot needs some fixing or you need to have someone out there directing people. You're parking lot is a hazard.

This was a very nice stop, I went in with my coworker who recommended this place to me, he said that he likes the setting and atmosphere he also said that he bought four different meals and froze the other ones for three different days. I guess he must really like it… I got the hummus prime beef with a peanut butter power shake, which was made with crushed ice, which I am not too fond of, but it was still very tasty. The prime beef hummus was more like a ground beef hummus with pine nuts some sort of very spicy green side to top with that came in a little plastic dish. It also had naan, and a hard roll of bread, which I liked, but it was very chewy. The hummus tasted fresh and had a slightly citrusy aftertaste as well as an erb aftertaste, which was very nice as well. There was also some sort of yellow liquid on it, which looked like egg yolks to me, but I have no clue because their menu doesn’t have a description of what exactly the item is although I don’t blame them because they have a very extensive menu(I guess not much room on the four different television screens to pack in all the descriptions🤷♂️), which I believe runs breakfast from morning till night. Also, I give these people a thumbs up because apparently they open at 5 AM good for you! Nothing like an individual that actually wakes up at an early time before the sun rises to serve and honor and reflect love and care and devotion into their job👍 I give a big thumbs up to people who have it in them to wake up early because it takes a lot even though you don’t want to do it!!!
