Let's see I think everybody knows what they're getting at Starbucks still annoyed that I can't order a small medium or large drink and they came up with weird new words. I think they're coffee is middle of the road and a little pricey other than that it's not bad.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue at Starbucks. I arrived around 15 minutes before closing, expecting to grab something quick — but several items were already unavailable. I understand closing time is 9 PM, but it felt like the store was already shutting down by 8:45 PM. If the location stops serving or restocking before the posted hours, maybe the hours should reflect that. It’s frustrating to show up in time and still leave empty-handed.

I have ordered coffee and was wantedly made me to wait for more than half an hour, customers who arrived late were being catered first and also I have noticed they selectively target few customers and abuse them by not providing good service and also they use some sort of code words whenever they see person whom they want to target, may be they want to harm the customer in anymeans … customer was nice and polite and we haven’t seen any mistakes from his part staff has to be fired and these guys need to be disciplined … customer must be treated well Starbucks isn’t giving coffee for free we are paying money for it.. keep this in Mind

Frustrating experience if you just want a Pike coffee. It's like a machine, the whole process, the employees working their tails off with all the orders poring in - a big assembly line. Waited forever for what should have taken 10 seconds. Was tempted to jump behind the counter and pour our coffees myself! I get that mobile ordering is the thing. But maybe if I just want a simple cup of regular joe, I'll go to a place where if you want something simple, you can get it in a reasonable amount of time. The actual coffee was very good, which is why I go to Starbucks in the first place.

THE MANAGER SAYS 60 day return policy after I told her I got it for Xmas . Then she says without a receipt I can’t. Knowing very well it came from Starbucks!!!

I had an absolutely horrendous experience here on thursday, there was a girl named Vanessa taking orders at the cash register. I do customize my coffee, I like it how I like it and I always tip $2-3. After the third customization she rolled her eyes and said “Is that all” and i gave the last request and she just said “Name” and after I paid she just whips around and walks out back. I spoke with 2 of the managers, Kira and Tyler the next day and they were both so amazing and understanding. When Vanessa saw me again on Friday, she stormed out back. They comped my egg bites and coffee, and even gave me a gift card for next time. Its nice to see younger folks who still have good customer service skills.

Love their coffee but employees need to held to higher personal hygiene standards. Person working there with hair hanging in face and facial hair that is not groomed. Shouldn't be handling food ever. Called to complain but nothing done

It is really unpleasant to sit at a table inside. There are blowers over each door that make racket every time someone goes through the door.
