Let's see I think everybody knows what they're getting at Starbucks still annoyed that I can't order a small medium or large drink and they came up with weird new words. I think they're coffee is middle of the road and a little pricey other than that it's not bad.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience here on thursday, there was a girl named Vanessa taking orders at the cash register. I do customize my coffee, I like it how I like it and I always tip $2-3. After the third customization she rolled her eyes and said “Is that all” and i gave the last request and she just said “Name” and after I paid she just whips around and walks out back. I spoke with 2 of the managers, Kira and Tyler the next day and they were both so amazing...

Love their coffee but employees need to held to higher personal hygiene standards. Person working there with hair hanging in face and facial hair that is not groomed. Shouldn't be handling food ever. Called to complain but nothing done
