Just had an awesome meal at Sun Shui in Bedford and had to share!
The steamed fish with chopped chili was absolutely delicious. The fish was super fresh and perfectly cooked, and that chopped chili topping packed such great flavor. Everything tasted so vibrant and well-balanced.
We also got their poke bowl with tuna, yellowtail, and salmon. All three fish were incredibly fresh and clean. Really solid bowl overall.
The staff and owner were also incredibly kind and attentive!
If you’re in the area and love authentic Chinese food with bold flavors, definitely check out Sun Shui. Already planning my next visit!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

we hosted a girls’ night and ordered sushi through doordash, and it was absolutely amazing. everything was super fresh, flavorful, and packaged really well. the quality honestly exceeded our expectations for delivery. everyone loved it and we were all saying how good it was. definitely ordering again — highly recommend

This is one of our top Asian restaurants that we go to in Southern New Hampshire. Not much well compare to this place. Oh and get the house special Mai Tai. Fabulous!

This is such an underrated spot. The bar is smaller but usually I’m able to get a spot no problem , bartenders are so nice and know how to make a great cocktail. Scorp bowls are good and so are the Mai tais. The food was great , we had pork fried rice , dumplings and beef sticks. Food also comes out quick!

Not too bad. Got opportunities. I can see they a strong local like kind of place. It's like bunch of extrovert working here and they pretty cool.

Now, unfortunately, I probably just order the wrong stuff. I unable to revisit so it be based upon that one time visit.

Good flavor. Sichuan beef. not much spicy for me. Definitely not Sichuan style. I was surprised that the entree didn't came with a rice. So ordering from the authentic Chinese menu they recommended didn't feel authentic Chinese at all. Cause rice should be an automatic side that come with it. Anyway I find out later that it's an upcharge. Which is fine but that portion is like in one of small ice cream bowl style. So double surprise.
Prob should stick with my original choice of noodle dish.

The food here is always exceptional. Everything is good.
The bar is good inside if you like that. Atmosphere is a relax simple vibe it's pretty cool.

We have been to this restaurant many times when we were traveling back to Massachusetts from the White Mountains, but this time we went, for some reason, the portion of the dishes was much smaller than before. There was almost no meat on the plate, only a few slices. The price was also much higher than before. We spent over $100 on food, but we were barely full. We will never go back again.

I'm not the authority on what is or isn't authentic Chinese cooking but my gut tells me that this place does it right. Everything I've tried has been delicious and the staff seems genuinely invested in making sure you're enjoying your meal. Sun Shui is at the top of the list of restaurants I'm craving these days.

So this restaurant is hands down the best Chinese food in the region. Biggest thing that separates this place from other Asian restaurants are their authentic and delicious Chinese dishes. If you want a Chinatown type of experience in New Hampshire, this is the only place that can deliver that kind of experience. Also the cocktails here are relatively cheap and pretty strong, this is once of the only places I can get a good buzz for less than $20 in drinks.

My only on knock on this place is often times the service has not been great, it's either been slow or the wait staff aren't particularly friendly (much like Chinatown), but we had a great server here named Shirley who explained their specials in great detail, offered to take peanuts off one of their specials as I've got an allergy to them, and overall was a much more fun and attentive server than I'm used to here. Shirley deserves a raise and good tips if you get her!

End of the day, this is the best Chinese food in NH and their sushi is also quite good. If you eat here and don't like the food, you just don't like Chinese.

If you like oriental food, then eat here. If you like it hot, try their tri-pepper chicken. I think it's fantastic 😊.

Amazing service. Friend asked for a red bull . They didn't have it. Waitress went to the gas station across the street and got one for him. Food ,drink, and prices were excellent!!
