I usually get chicken lo mein with extra cabbage for lunch, and it's always great. But when I ordered it for dinner, there was barely any chicken and hardly any vegetables. I called to inform them, but the manager was really rude and defensive, kept cutting me off and told me to take my business elsewhere. Terrible service. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Was overlooked and ignored by wait staff so she could cater to 'regulars'. She ignored 2 other tables that had waited longer than my party. Horrible service for a mediocre establishment. Was a regular take out customer. NEVER AGAIN!! This time we left before ordering.

After spending thousands of dollars on take out we will never give this place another dollar. 2nd dine in experience. 1st time was not great either.

I usually enjoy going to this restaurant, but during my last visit the food was disappointingly bland. After placing our order, the food arrived within five minutes and it was evident that it had been pre-cooked and microwaved. I ordered an eggplant dish which was so hot that it remained piping hot until we finished our meal. Unfortunately, the dish was inedible as it could have easily burnt our mouths. We did not eat it at all..

We made our first and only visit in ‘22, before the votes for best of NH. Surprised Sun Shui scored well:They didn’t great us upon entry even though they were not busy at all; they delayed bringing our drinks and when they did, the beer was warm; .the two servers on duty preferred to watch a tv show rather that take our order! We didn’t stay long, lol

I had to panic order takeout dinner last night, eat it there, box it up and run to my son's jiu jitsu class... The girls were so accommodating to our chaos. The food is so good. Also accommodated my daughter's "noodles" exactly how she wanted them.. leftovers were great today too. We found this place based off googling who had the little angel hair rice noodles both my daughter's love. Thanks for being so kind through our chaos.

My wife and i have gone a few times and love the Chinese part of the menu. Service is always great and food very good and authentic. My wife is from Wuxi China and says Laura's chef cooks very good. This is about the best compliment my wife gives, as all the other Asian restaurants she claims sell scam food, LOL. In other words she isn't into the Americanized versions of Chinese food. At most Asian restaurants my wife is quite picky but here she tries everything on the Chinese part of the menu and wants to bring friends to experience it. We lean toward Sichuan flavors, garlic, chili's and ginger and so far have not been disappointed . Portions are always good, service has always been spot on. If anything the place is kind of noisy. All in all we always have a good experience here.

Sun Shui is truly something special. It was one of the first restaurants I tried when I first moved to New Hampshire. 7 years later, it's still my favorite in the state.The food itself is delicious -- whether you're ordering off of the Authentic Chinese menu (I highly recommend the Twice-Cooked Pork and the String Beans with Smoked Tofu), ordering sushi (my wife adores the Peter's Cake Maki, and I'd put their chirashi up against any restaurant in the area), or trying Laura's latest recommended special (the Big Bang Chicken will knock your socks off), you're in for a good time. Don't be afraid to try something new! I promise your curiosity will be rewarded.Speaking of Laura, she and her staff are truly the heart of the dining experience. Whether you're a dine-in regular or just picking up, they'll get to know you and welcome you like family. That's the kind of warmth you want from a restaurant, and it feels rarer and rarer these days.
