Ordered two salads one being a Shroomami salad to go subbing in chicken for tofu, and pickled onions for cabbage, and a kale Cesar with extra chicken for the upcharge, sub spicy broccoli, got all the way home and opened up this disappointing chicken salad with no mushrooms for the Shroomami and the kale Cesar was missing the parm crisps. The whole point of ordering a Shroomami salad is the mushrooms. I even paid extra for the chicken substitution.

This is the second if not the 3rd time I’ve had an ingredient left off of my salad. Unless I watch everything added to the salad I can’t count on actually receiving what I order from the standard menu.

Sweet green please please please update the training or something this is so disappointing when I’m spending over $30 on two salads.

I like Sweetgreen - and that’s part of the problem with Sweetgreen. For whatever reason, every time I go to any location, they’re always out of various items.

You’ll spend a few minutes looking at the menu, figure out what you want, and it’s often “oh we’re out of that,” “we don’t have that, it’ll take us 20 mins to prepare it,” “sorry we only have plain chicken,” “the air fried potatoes aren’t ready - it’ll be 15 mins.”

I hate to pick on the Bedford location, it was just the most recent example of this. Super poor inventory control with the company as a whole; it’s so frustrating when you make the trip and time and time again this happens. It’s just not worth the time anymore.

I've gone twice so far, and both times I've felt like I'm inconveniencing the woman behind the counter when placing an order. No greeting, eye rolling, and an overall lack of people skills.

First time eating here, and was very pleased with all! Tasty food, very clean restaurant and the service was great. We got there 30 minutes before they were closing and they invited us to stay and eat, and did not push us out the door. The staff was professional and kind. We will be going back again!

I've tried ordering delivery now 3 times. The delivery has always been great. However, each time they either forget the utensils, (yes I make sure to check the box every time on their app) and / or they don't tape the bag or the bowl inside leaving it exposed to whoever is delivering. Salad or bowl is always way different (much less) than what is shown in pictures but I'll leave that to corporate greed and not on the store itself.

Salad has substantially less meat than photos. Maybe 2oz just a few tablespoons of shredded chicken. Everything was fresh and tasty just not that much substance for a $15 salad. Probably won’t order again. Got the kale Ceasar.

Just spent $15 on a bowl of lettuce. They will short you on every ingredient and fill your bowl with lettuce don’t go here.

two salads cost me $40 and there wasn’t nearly enough dressing for the amount of salad so I had to walk around town to find more dressing
