T-BONES Great American Eatery

T-Bones in Bedford is a go-to place for us - the last two visits we’ve had the pleasure of having Jessica as our server. She’s excellent - very welcoming and friendly, attentive, and she times the orders perfectly - all this while serving many customers at once. She even saved the last two “special” meals for us today - we couldn’t thank her enough for that!

Monday's are a tradition for my wife and I. Run our errands and go to Tbones in Hudson. Today was different. I had to get blood work done in Bedford so we went to Tbones in Bedford for lunch. Totally amazing!!!!!!! We sit at the bar as always and were greeted by the bartender named Tina. Absolutely fabulous bartender and server. Very attentive and caring about her job.
Great face for the restaurant for sure.
She deserves more than 5 stars she deserves a hundred. So much so that it is our new place for Mondays lunch.
Hudson is great also but living in Merrimack Bedford is closer.

We went to Bedford about 2 years ago and didn't have such a nice experience.

Tina and Mandy changed all of that for us.

My father and I are dining at TBones today and Pamela is our server. She's excellent and is celebrating 11 months of restaurant service this month. Congratulations, Pamela, and thank you very much for keeping us comfortable and our bellies full 🌞

Yesterday I ordered the MAF burger, sadly a different burger arrived to the table. The server and manager went above and beyond to make it right. The customer service that was provided is exactly why I return week after week for my Friday burger. Love this place and how they treat their customers. Always recommend

Waited over half an hour for our meal. My turkey stew was such a small helping and the carrots were raw. My granddaughter’s burger was burnt. Very disappointing. Will not be back.

Went to T-bones tonight, Thursday night at the Bedford location and sat at the bar the bartender with the dark hair in the bun was extremely rude. And we were there to relax and enjoy our evening and that just put an uncomfortable feeling being there like we were inconveniencing her and it was a very, very unpleasant feeling and we will never go back to the Tbones in Bedford again! very very horrible service, rude and unprofessional. Spoke to the manager on site and she just came back with a reply. Well, she’s been here for a long time and we haven’t had any complaints and she’s not been feeling well lately. Well, that’s no reason to get poor service if you’re not feeling well stay home because you’re in the surface industry.

We have frequent this location quit often but after tonight’s experience I’m not sure we will be back. We came in with a party of four and was told 35 minutes to be seated. After 45 minutes I checked and the lady working the front desk said there’s allot of parties ahead of you almost like I was bothering her . I returned back after a hour of waiting and was told there was still 5 parties before us and we had to just wait until the finished. First manage your times correctly we would not have stuck around if we where told it was going to be a hour, but more importantly do not give me an attitude for asking a question. Do better

UPDATE: Food sucks. The service is always excellent. The beverages are great, but the food is not good anymore. This was always our go-to place with consistent, delicious food.
Not anymore, the quality is sub-par. Tom retired and the food has gone done the dumper. No flavor on the haddock, served at a cool temperature, rice undercooked. Baked potatoes are never cooked thru and served cool. The servers are always quick to apologize, as if they already know the outcome. We've been customers for more than 25 years, and unfortunately it just isnt the same anymore. Bring back the old successful, consistent T-bones.

T-Bones is always a good choice for lunch/dinner. I've been to the Bedford, Hudson, and Laconia locations multiple times. Never had a bad experience.

I came here for lunch on a Wednesday and am very pleased. The food is great, atmosphere is clean and neat, and the servers were excellent.
I ordered the T-Bone burger and added sweet potato fries and ranch. Burger was cooked exactly as ordered and came out in good time. I also had a Raspberry Ice Tea which is also very good.
I had 2 servers since one was in training. Both the lead and the trainee were super friendly and attentive so it was a great experience.
I would definitely give this place a try. No question.
