What happened to this place? It used to be our go to place, but not anymore.

We waited forever because they are renovating the bar. The whole middle of the restaurant is closed, so basically half of the tables (or more) are gone.

We called ahead and were told a 45 minute wait and I was put on the call ahead list. We arrived 30 minutes later only to be told that it would be 25-30 minutes for a seat. Once we brought to our table, I was surprised to see that most of the tables were empty...

Our waitress was "eh." We had to ask for silverware and we were told they didn't have any and were waiting for them to be cleaned. Come on, half of your tables are gone and a lot were empty and you don't have any clean silverware?

We ordered an appetizer and it took forever to come. Another waitress brought it and we asked for plates and silverware as it was an appetizer that could not be eaten with your hands. The appetizer was good. We had to flag down our waitress to ask for bread after being seated for a while.

The waitress came over about 20 minutes after we were done our appetizer and asked whether or not we wanted her to put our order in. Before ordering, she stated that she would put in the appetizer and then put in our order as it was "very busy." I was so irritated at this point.

Our meals took 30 minutes to arrive. They were okay. We were all used to having a great meal here, so we were very disappointed. I got a BLT and the bread was burnt to a crisp. My husband got country fried chicken and it had a dob of gravy. He asked for more, but it never came, so he ate it with ketchup. The other meals were okay. (We had a party of 5.)

When we were done, our waitress took forever to bring our check. The credit card was immediately put with the check and she didn't come pick it up for 20+ minutes.

In total, not including the wait for the table, we were there for about 2 hours. Most of that time was waiting for food and our check. We did not sit around talking and it wasn't a *leisurely* meal. We were so tired of waiting for our table that we just wanted to eat and go home.

I am so disappointed. Maybe this was just a one time thing, but when I ordered out last month, we got the smallest portions (half of the size of what we would have had if we went to the restaurant).

I don't think I will be dining or ordering take out from T-Bones anytime soon. It's so expensive to dine right now and our check was quite hefty. It was a "treat" for us to be taken out. I am so disappointed.

It's so expensive there and the meal wasn't even good, the service was horrible, and the wait for the food, drinks, and silverware was absolutely ridiculous. I cannot believe we were there for 2 hours! It blows my mind.

I know everywhere is short staffed and I definitely understand that, but I'll say it again and again, when half or more of your tables are gone due to renovation and about 6 tables were empty where we were sitting, it should not take 2 hours for an appetizer and 5 meals.

I would absolutely not recommend going here. I never, ever thought I would say that in a million years, but do not waste your money or your whole day waiting for subpar food and service.

Food was good...The kitchen lost our appetizer slip along with our kids order...Manager and waitress apologized a lot and then made it right... overall a great place to eat especially with the whole family

I hate to even do this but I'm so tired of ordering takeout and these people constantly forgetting items.... Turkey dinner no gravy, cheeseburger meal with no condiments besides ketchup for your fries.... Ask for mayo with the meal and guess what you get? 2 drops less than a packet would have gotten you... would you like a side of bread? Sure here you go just no butter, now let me guess i could have easily gone back to correct it... I have multiple times on multiple nights and it's never accurate. No I don't want any vouchers no I won't email you to discuss further because frankly doing that accomplishes nothing. Food great as always, service not so much. Not everyone orders takeout to bring home, others like myself order takeout and eat in the vehicle at work or whatever the case may be, nobody is driving 15+ mins back to restaurant to ask for simple things like condiments or stuff they advertise that comes with the meal. Train your employees better, and tell the kitchen to stop skimping on condiment portions like it comes out of their paycheck because it's pathetic.

In town for a soccer tournament and looking for somewhere to bring the kids and dog for a quick dinner. This place was the best! Really friendly staff with a decent sized outdoor seating section and no wait on a Saturday night. The kids were excited about the bonus cookie that came with their meals, and they even had a menu for our pup with multiple choices which I haven't seen anywhere else! The crispy chicken salad was delicious. Will definitely be back next time we're in town!

This is my first time here, and this is a great restaurant. Hailey was a great server and was attentive and quick. The food was fantastic. Hot and delicious. Definitely will make my way back. My fiancee and I both had the country fried chicken and the bacon cheddar fries
