We love this Dunkin’s for its coffee and donuts but unfortunately if you order sandwiches and muffins they will always be undercooked. Sandwiches come out lukewarm at best and muffins are always completely uncooked in the middle. They say it’s an oven issue but it’s been happening for so long now you would think they’d either cook for extra time or replace the ovens, or get them fixed even. Service is amazing but gotta get the oven thing figured out.

Ordered a medium Ice coffee, when they handed it to me at drive up, it looked like a small and i questioned him if that was a medium as ordered and said “yes”. After I drove away I realized it was a small but labeled medium. I think some better training is needed
I must say the service in morning is okay if you’re not dealing with the manager. She is always grumpy in the morning makes you not even wanna order in the morning at that location. The rest of the crew always seems nice. But I can’t do that grumpy shit in the morning. Especially everyday. Maybe you should show up a half hour early

My wife and I were passing through Laconia and wanted a quick bite for the road and stopped in this Dunkin Donut location. The staff was friendly. The bathroom was clean as well as the rest of the building. The coffee even tasted better than other franchise locations.
