Visited the drive thru this morning. While on the way home, I asked my daughter to check our bag to make sure we got everything, but we were missing hash browns.We doubled back to the location, parked in the lot, and I walked in to ask for the hash browns. When I told the woman working the register that my hash browns were missing, her response was to turn her back to me and sing out "We missed hash browns!" The guy working the drive thru then started to laugh. Will not return.

Do your self a favor and drive right by. You may think that because of the long line it’s a good dunks, but, it’s not. They messed up both of our drinks. First off, the cake batter latte. They made me a regular latte with sugar instead and when asked about they said they don’t have the stuff to make it. How about you just say your out of it then when the order is placed and try to suggest something similar. The other drink was a medium Charlie. The first one they didn’t add espresso so we went in to fix it. Then they made it with whipped cream and not cold foam. 8 or so people working, zero communication, some people just walking around from station to station with out doing anything.

Worst dunkin doughnuts around the Lakes Region constantly messing up our orders. They can't seem to get the refreshers right and they forget o give us my sourdough breakfast sandwhich. They should prepare your doughnuts food,drinks, once it's complete then pass it to the person or drive thru. There excuse always is there a training dunkins, well they need a trainer supervising them making sure they getting orders right.

If you love waiting 20 minutes to order, being snapped at when wondering what's going on, and your food covered in quac you didn't order because they don't know how to change gloves, then you found the right dunks!

Who ever the super polite lady is give her a raise. Me and my family love ordering our drinks at this location. She's always super sweet and polite. Not every Dunkin is created equal and that's fore sure. Plus everyone in my family is picky and wants there drinks a certain way which makes this difficult for the employees. Thank you!

Update 9.14.21. Is under new management and the crew is absolutely amazing. Compared to what it was before… I mean exceptional customer service, polite friendly and could literally go on for day! Very very very happy to see the change. I go there everyday and recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts
