Sometimes they’re a bit behind, but they have always been kind and respectful towards customers regardless of how busy it is or how many upset people they deal with. Super amazing crew. I come in at least once if not 2-3 times a week, and I see their hard work and kindness every time.

Coffee and donuts are amazing I can say as a proud and beautiful and handsome Berlin citizen I come here every other week, it also looks pretty cool in the middle of winter

So slowww! Has been consistently slow and inconsistent with order quality for years on end. You need half an hour to sit in line if you want coffee before work in the morning.

The cashier was not helpful. She gave wrong information. I had to wait in the store for 15 to 20 minutes to get my order because it seems that online orders took priority over regular customers.

Just because google and the Dunkin app say 24 hrs don’t expect to get breakfast before 430 when you have work at 5 and order at 410. It’s now 440 and I’m still waiting in the empty drive thru 🙂‍↕️ I’m really hoping there was a serious staffing issue.

Rude workers. They are not capable of running this place. Be ready to wait a long time to get the wrong order. Drive through sucks. Food is horrible and stale.

It should not take 20 min to make an online order for walk in pick up. My order was wrong, didn't get what I paid for and was out of time to have it corrected. Maybe the manager should get their butt up front when it is busy and only 3 people behind the counter.

Unfortunately the worker at the register is too slow and doesn't understand how to do his job. He charged me twice and now Dunkin I'd impossible to reach for a refund.

They have never 100% gotten my order right. Something is always messed up! And you can't just swing back in line and get it fixed because the line is always 20 minutes long. It's like the food staff can't read or something. Just go to gorham it's much better than this place...
