They have never 100% gotten my order right. Something is always messed up! And you can't just swing back in line and get it fixed because the line is always 20 minutes long. It's like the food staff can't read or something. Just go to gorham it's much better than this place...

If you want your coffee you should order it a day in advance . The food came out before the coffee waiting for at least 20 minutes with no line just for the coffee. Every time I go there for a morning coffee it's a 20 minute wait.

I come in every morning and ask for the same thing. This morning I asked for a strawberry dragonfruit refresher with 3 creams and cold Foam on the top. They denied my order. I order this every morning at their gorham location that’s only 7 mins away! The “manager” send voice message just not allowed! If I am paying customer, not tonight order that I will that would be like telling someone they can’t have cream in their coffee!

Everytime I come here they mess something up. Either our order is wrong, cold, or we just dont get it. Went there at 10:30 and they were closed even though its supposed to be open 24 hours. Theyve closed early multiple times and its just not worth going.

Ok….management here doesn’t know what they’re doing CLEARLY. Their are some people that shouldn’t be working at all as they stand around and or place stickers on cups for 5 minutes or make 2 coffees per hour. I get equal opportunity but let’s MANAGE and use employees for their strengths as opposed to not having any type of system whatsoever. I also don’t want to hear “we’re short staffed” cause I usually see more than 4 people working per shift. The problem here is you have 1 or 2 strong workers out of the 4 or 5 on shift. This Dunkin needs new management ASAP cause 15-20 minutes for a coffee is absolutely ridiculous and shouldn’t be a thing at all. Especially when it’s not even that busy. That’s what gets me.. it won’t even be busy and STILL takes 15 minutes to get a coffee. It’s honestly mind blowing. Rant over
Coffee is usually pretty good. The food comes out hot and in good time. I love dunkin's. The only downfall is that some of the employees seem miserable!
