Drive thru super slow,, plus there was only one other person, so super slow. Then they were not polite at the window, knocked my coffee over before handing it to me and there was coffee leaking off it, when I asked for a napkin they huffed and became irritated like I was inconveniencing them, they were just rude. Food and coffee is very good, the employee service awful.

Dunkin Donuts Berlingot Nh, Is a decent breakfast and doughnut store.We came here on a Sunday at around 8:00Am.Pros:A) Food was good and their breakfast sandwiches are nice and fluffy since we ordered a croissant sandwich a bagel sandwich.B) The washroom was clean although I saw some employees using the washroom. Maybe they should have a separate washroom for them.C) The dining room was also clean.D) Service was good and the guy taking the order was kind and polite.Cons:A) Parking lot was small.B) If you don’t see it you may miss it since it’s located on a hill.Other than that. It’s a decent place to go and eat and we will return in the near future.
What’s the point of being open if you have no doughnuts?! I ordered on the app. The app took my money. I drove to the window and I got “come back in 30 minutes to an hour “ ! Past few times staff have been great but this keeps happening. Dunkin’ Doughnuts is definitely not what it used to be.
