Hydro is very hit-and-miss, but Exile was closed, so I tried to have dinner at Hydro. Waited six minutes in the middle of the bar area for someone to tell me where to sit ("anywhere"). Sat at the bar directly in front of three employees. Waited about seven minutes, trying to get their attention. Gave up and left.

Decided to try The Hydro Tavern tonight with my son. Disappointed. Long wait times (over 45 minutes) usually indicate operational issues…this was confirmed by the family seated in front of us, and at one point, one of the girls ended up putting her head on the table. The elderly lady they were with asked for nachos, which, despite being one of the easiest appetizers, was the last thing they received.
