"Good Once, Mid Forever."
Unless you're sitting at the bar, you tend to get ignored and have to wait forever. If I'm paying the prices you want then I expect melted cheese, non gelatinous gravy served on unchipped plates. They've lost their touch since they opened.

3 burgers order and only 2 came out! Waiting over 15 mins for the 3rd one to come out. (Server blamed the cooks.)Once everyone else was close to being finished! Food was delicious.
When an owner can talk down to his employees telling them he can afford to shut down the doors and still pay his bills bt they cannot. After having back of the house staff working in 115 degree kitchens all summer bc he wouldn’t fix the ac problem in the back with the cooks, and his employees do not get their legal breaks…yea idc how good the food is I will not support a local restaurant that treats their employees their employees like that…I highly suggest going elsewhere where!

The simple items and sides are very good quality. Good quality ingredients but for the first time I ordered an actual dish (vs sides, poutines, pizzas). I got the chicken Marsala and it was absolutely awful. Was oversweet, pastas was way overdone, and the entire dish was waterlogged, the light breading on the chicken was white and spongy, chicken itself was alright. And the entire bottom half of the bowl was filled with yellow water.

We love this spot. The food is excellent. From chowder and chili, to cornbread, poutine, maple chicken sandwhich- you cant go wrong. The parmesan pretzels are excellent.
Cheesesteak is so good.
Our group loved everything, and the service was perfect.
The locals that frequent are very welcoming and friendly. We had so much fun, and will make this a regular spot.

Excellent food for lunch and dinner every single time. Every meal has been spot on although I have not tried breakfast yet, so I can’t say anything about that. Definitely worth the stop when your in town.

We’re visiting from out of state and saw the menu for this restaurant and thought why not let’s check it out. It has very limited seating but we were able to be seated right away. We ordered bone-in chicken wings, side of potatoes, steak, chicken Caesar salad. It took about an hour for our food to come out. The steak was raw, wings were delicious, mashed potatoes were tasteless, bland and very dry. Green beans were great. Chicken caesar salad was heavily dressed but decent. When we let them know the steak was raw they tried to “cook” the same steak again. It was still raw the second time around. The kitchen seemed crazy backed up. For the amount of tables in the place that surprised us. I wouldn’t say this was horrible but I do have to believe there is something better.
Drinks were heavy handed ;-)

One star because the server, Bambi L, modified my tip, which is theft.
Also, the prices are kind of expensive which for the area and the quality of the drink I had was not really worth it. I don't mind paying if it's worth it, and I've left a review for a place in Lancaster that is definitely worth it, but this place is not that.
If the server had not stolen from me, I would've given it two or three stars for being a decent place. But if you can't trust the servers not to write in their own tips, I would definitely recommend staying far away.

Great food and service, especially if you're looking for hearty, elevated pub food. You can tell the owner cares and pays attention. Plus, the food came out super quick and yummy. Their fries were perfect. They have an extensive poutine selection. Would love to come back!

Hydro is very hit-and-miss, but Exile was closed, so I tried to have dinner at Hydro. Waited six minutes in the middle of the bar area for someone to tell me where to sit ("anywhere"). Sat at the bar directly in front of three employees. Waited about seven minutes, trying to get their attention. Gave up and left. Called to explain why I'd just left. The employee who answered was polite, apologized, said they were busy and understaffed, and asked if I wanted to talk to a manager. I said yes. Before I could say anything, he manager said "I don't know you" and "don't ever come back" and hung up on me. I will follow his instructions. Hydro is sometimes okay, sometimes bad, but never worth this.
After exploring Hydro Park, we decided to try the adjacent Hydro Tavern. We were very happy with our choice. Friendly and attentive service. The Mushroom and Swiss Burger was excellent and the fries were just right. The Maple Fried Chicken sandwich was equally good. Highly recommend!

Small place but loved the vibe. Very kind staff. Drinks were good. Garlic pretzel rod appetizer was good. Other food was just okay. Maybe it was what we got—maple chicken sandwich with fries, and buffalo tenders with fries. The chicken seemed like it probably came out of the freezer precooked. Sauce on each was pretty sad. Fries were crispy and good. One of us did get sick later that night, not sure if it was related to this.

We tried the veggie lasagna and the shrimp and scallops risotto - the portions were generous and we had a great time eating every bite!
