Our server Heather knows how to take care of her clients. Very outgoing and welcoming. She knows hers customers. Didn't have to ask and she already had everything all set for us. Best dish I love there is the honey sesame shrimp.

Went to a Chinese restaurant in berlin nh called Dumpling house that place is dirty and food is unacceptable, greasy , over cooked, the people working there are rude , they serve water down alcohol at the little bar , the fish tanks are disgusting maybe put proper size fish in there and not ones that frankly can't move around, I even had rangoons they were so over cooked I barely found any crab meat prices are ridiculous for what they serve ! I will pay good money no problem for good food but i should of listened to not to go there only Chinese place or not save your money go elsewhere!!! And don't ever leave or feel obligated to leave a tip for there TAKE OUT ITS OVERPRICED AS IT IS, FOOD IS NO QUALITY ! not many good restaurants in Berlin Nh

The food was banging, but they gave me pork egg rolls instead of vegetable. They went straight in the trash. Paid like $6 for them, man.

My boyfriend has been a local here his whole life. He decided we should go and try lunch here since they just opened their bar. The drink was okay, pretty weak for $25, friendly bartender. The smell is a little off putting, it kind of smells like a turtle tank inside. I ordered a pupu platter, dumplings, fried rice, and spring rolls. Everything was mediocre at best, but the dumplings were atrocious and disgusting, i’ve never seen a steamed dumpling that looked like it was wrapped in a sanitary pad until I ate here. So I decided to tell the waitress to please take them back they were inedible, only 1/6 had been eaten from the plate. I was a little surprised to see there was still an $11 charge for them on the bill when we had received it. I had zero problem paying for everything else we ordered and ate, but in all the years i’ve eaten out i’ve never been charged for food that the kitchen literally took back and threw away. When I asked to speak to the owner Mike, his attitude was appalling as he chose to walk away mid conversation and tell me “food is not returnable”. I think that if this restaurant chooses to make this a policy, they either need to print it on the menu or tell to the customer “if we send this back we still have to charge you and throw away the food,” otherwise, I would’ve happily taken the food and fed it to my dog. Poor service from an owner, he made his own employee feel and look bad in front of customers, he scared off his ONLY paying patrons at the time, and the food wasn’t even worth the $100 to begin with. Sad to leave a poor review for a local business, don’t waste your time or money.

Ok. They really need to clean the fish tanks or get rid of them would be great if they were full of water and clean totally disgusting.. stink and not a pleasant sight.. ! What do people think when you can't even take care of fish tanks .. cleanliness not good.. please clean tanks or get rid of them!!

Passing through on business and I'm happy I stopped. Got a lunch combo/ Dumplings. I'm very happy with the food and how quick it came out.

The young man running the front desk was really working hard, taking care of phone orders, hosting, serving, and bussing. He is really the gem of the restaurant. The food was decent, rice was a little over seasoned and the chicken with veg had a little too much sauce, but the orange chicken was amazing and the sweet and sour chicken was very good. Tried the steak and cheese egg roll and vegetables dumplings. Although I was a little disappointed that a place called dumpling house has only 2 options for dumplings, i was hoping for more options. The seating is not ideal, 2 tables in the front and a couple in the back, wich was really the storage area, so it felt a little more like they do take out rather than sit in. Overall wasn't bad. 6/10 for taste and effort.

Always consistently great food. We always do take out but there are a few small tables inside.

We picked up our order, got home and realized we were missing egg rolls. Called and they said come back. Get there and we are yelled at, berated, and told we were f@#king lying. Over a couple of egg rolls. We will never spend another dollar there.

New in town. Got the dinner combo A. It was not very good. About a 1 out of 10 and that's only because 1 was lowest option. Will have to find another Chinese restaurant. Chicken wings and boneless ribs weren't fresh and wings were very greasy. Owner wished me good luck on finding another chinese restaurant and that's cool. Definitely won't waste my money at this place ever again.
