The young man running the front desk was really working hard, taking care of phone orders, hosting, serving, and bussing. He is really the gem of the restaurant. The food was decent, rice was a little over seasoned and the chicken with veg had a little too much sauce, but the orange chicken was amazing and the sweet and sour chicken was very good. Tried the steak and cheese egg roll and vegetables dumplings. Although I was a little disappointed that a place called dumpling house has only 2 options for dumplings, i was hoping for more options. The seating is not ideal, 2 tables in the front and a couple in the back, wich was really the storage area, so it felt a little more like they do take out rather than sit in. Overall wasn't bad. 6/10 for taste and effort.
Always consistently great food. We always do take out but there are a few small tables inside.
Staff was very friendly and polite.
General Gau’s was really good.
We picked up our order, got home and realized we were missing egg rolls. Called and they said come back. Get there and we are yelled at, berated, and told we were f@#king lying. Over a couple of egg rolls. We will never spend another dollar there.
New in town. Got the dinner combo A. It was not very good. About a 1 out of 10 and that's only because 1 was lowest option. Will have to find another Chinese restaurant. Chicken wings and boneless ribs weren't fresh and wings were very greasy. Owner wished me good luck on finding another chinese restaurant and that's cool. Definitely won't waste my money at this place ever again.

Buys full meal pays with $20, gives remainder as tip (almost 20%), asked for a red sauce was charged for it, I said that I just gave you the rest as I thought I had already paid, I was met with “ok?”.
Edit Reply to owners response: Has nothing to do with the fee it has to do with the fact I already handed over plenty of extra money over the cost of my bill and then was asked for more when I noticed the sauce in which I ordered over the phone was missing, I do not appreciate being robbed… just wanted what I asked for for the price I was told on the phone, never coming back the ladies who worked up front before used to be way better whatever happened to them.

I have enjoyed Chinese food in a lot in Boston, Massachusetts, and the metropolitan area. My take-out pupu plater and orders of fried rice were as good as it gets in taste and presentation ! Small place out in nowhere Berlin wow !

I’ve eaten there several times over the last couple of years. The food is magnificent. The people are good and I haven’t seen anything to write bad about. A great experience overall.
