Absolutely ridiculous. Arrived to the restaurant, told the hostess party of two. She said it would just be a few minutes she just has to clear the table off. So we step off to the side to wait. 10 minutes go by, then 20. Another party came in and got seated before us. Now we’re at 30 minutes of waiting. After 30 minutes we ask the hostess how much longer, then she finally says she’s going to clean it right now. No one should be treated like this. If it’s a long wait, then just say that from the start, and don’t seat others who come after us.

Visiting from out of town and thought we would give it a try after a long hike. We saw they were VERY short staffed like everywhere anymore and just sat back and relaxed and enjoyed our vacation drinks. The food was worth the wait! We got the meatball app, orecchiette, and chicken and sausage fra diavolo. I would recommend the orecchiette we it was the best ever. Sit back relax and remember everyone is working hard.

I think they put sand or mop water in our large pizza... Sorry to the kitchen staff for coming in late. We work in the restaurant industry ourselves and we knew we were coming in close to closing but it was the only thing open and we were so hungry. We couldn't eat the large pizza with all the grit/sand/dirt in it but the meatballs and small pizza were good.

Party of 6. Based decision to go off online menu which I guess I better stop doing. This is the 3rd northern NH restaurant this summer where you get there and the menu is different from online. In this case Scallop dinner did not exist in person. I personally liked my Eggplant Ivoltini (very small portion) and my nephew enjoyed the pizza ... the other 4 gave mediocre opinions, 2 chicken Marsala's got poor reviews. Waitress was very nice and friendly but they must be overworked due to massive waits between visits back to the table. Prices were decent. Ordered a Cannoli to take home and it was excellent!

Garlic confit toast is really good. Calamari was so salty I actually tried scraping some of it off. Caprese salad was good but we had to ask for more balsamic. Prosciutto and arugula pizza was just ok.
Great food but absolutely abysmal service. It took over an hour to get our food. Our server barely checked on us and it took 20 minutes after asking to get refills on soft drinks.
That said, the food was phenomenal. But the service goes beyond "relaxed" and was difficult to sit through.

We love Rosa Flamingos! So when I was hosting a birthday dinner I knew they would be the best choice for catering! Jody and his team went above and beyond for us! Not only was there enough food to feed an army it was out of this world delicious! Can’t thank you guys enough for helping make a special birthday even more special! HIGHLY recommend! ❤️
