I go here every time I'm in Bethlehem - great coffee, pastries, and even though it's vegetarian everything on their menu is delicious. Super friendly staff!

I’m not even a vegetarian, but the breakfast burrito here was phenomenal, and so was the coffee! Nice little shop with cool local art on the walls….a lot of places in the area are closed on monday mornings, making it tough to get breakfast on the fly but not them! Worth a visit. Kept me full all day at cannon mtn ?

Welcoming, friendly staff was helpful picking out a specialty drink that was savory and delicious. Yummy, nourishing egg sandwich was just the right flavor and filling. Could have stayed to hang out and over the art displayed throughout. Not huge but not tiny, just right..

Incredible food and coffee. Could use another comfy couch and reusable dishes would make it 6 stars.

Glad I gave Maia Papaya a try but honestly wasn't that impressed. Staff was kinda friendly maybe they needed a cup of Joe themselves. Cute & cozy atmosphere. On the morning I went they must have just opened things took longer then expected. Ordered a couple of coffees, pastries and a breakfast burrito to go. The pastries and coffees came out first but the burrito took a little time. The off timing bothered me, they should have made the coffee after the burrito was made. Anyway, the burrito was terrible it shouldn't be called a breakfast burrito; it should be called a black bean burrito because that's all I tasted. As for the pastries all I can say is eh. The looked better then tasted. I guess I was just expecting something better because of the reviews. The coffees besides being luke warm was okay. Unfortunately the quality didn't validate the cost.

Lucky to be local to such a yummy place. My go to is the jalapeño ched croissant or the toad in a hole but today I tried the quinoa power bowl and holy moly its fan-freaking-tastic!!!! Also great great coffee beverages.

My husband and I were visiting in the area and decided to try Maia Papaya. We enjoyed it so much that we went back on our second day, that rarely happens because my husband likes to try as many local coffee places as he can when we vacation. The staff are friendly, the prices good, and the selection is fantastic, including the sugar free coffee syrup choices-they have the most options of any coffee place I've been to in the last year. I highly recommend you check this place out. There is limited seating.

Little small spot with strong espressos brewing! Beautiful spot right next to mount Washington hotel ! Get your caffeine than go for that hike ! Nice people working here !
