I ALWAYS use the Dunkin App when I place my order. I always select drive thru pickup. They have always performed their duty in a very proficient manner. I would definitely recommend this Dunks. VERY GOOD STAFF!

Doesn't seem to matter what time I go, there's usually this loud-mouthed guy standing at the same car, while in a Dunkin donuts uniform, shouting profanities and just being loud. Hope he isn't being paid while doing this.

I stopped in today, Mother's Day 5.12.2024 as this location has been a long-time favorite and, a couple of weeks ago I wrote a 5-star review that, after today, I retract because the service and food I received on that day was significantly better than what I got today so management is not ensuring consistency of food quality and customer service standards is happening on every day. I also know that, for me, there is a police officer named: Noah Tomulonis who is setting up specific things on businesses to be done to me and then is paying the employees/other customers to do it. I've known this but, today, had it confirmed as I stood outside writing this updated review and a guy walked by and said when was going to get it that everybody does what Noah wants because then he pays them. I am someone who has never used Facebook, Twitter or any other form of social media and do not use any kind of general media to speak, negatively, about anyone. I work through things directly with the people involved. I've requested a meeting with Noah, many times, to address and resolve the underlying issues behind his ongoing attacks of revenge one but he has refused So, I do occasionally wrote reviews and this one had to done to negate my previous review of this Boscawen Dunkin Donuts, wrote about both the poor customer service and horrible initial taste and presentation of the hash browns I ordered (which ended up tasting a little better after I brought back the first ones and requested a 2nd), and to speak of my first confirmation that Noah Tomulonis was who caused it by colluding with employees.

Staff here has always been very friendly. They are usually pretty fast and get you your order quickly. They have restrooms and it is definitely handicap friendly. They close earlier than most dunks but for me it's not an issue because I always go early.
On February 26th I was about to get coffee right before close. I was walking and I was unable to make it. I noticed a car waiting as the store came into eye sight around 6:48PM. They were just standing well behind the microphone in the car. I heard the employees on the mic ask to help around 6:50PM until 6:55PM. But the car was still. As I got closer to the store I noticed the car approach literally right before they closed. Then they started banging on the window around like 6:59PM, 1 minute before close. This lady screamed profanities calling out "b****!" At the employee. Then she said "I know the manager at this store, I'm reporting this, you shouldn't be closed!". Im not sure why this lady did not respond to the employees trying to help her. This is scary, I was scared for my safety so I decided not to approach. I hope the staff on duty called the police. I go here all the time, it's really gotten better this new year

Everytime I go here they never make my coffee right always give me granulated sugar instead of liquid sugarafter they repeat the order back not ones but twice. It’s been more then 10 times

I had a really unpleasant experience at the drive-thru today (1:00pm). The two ladies who served me were extremely rude. They openly made fun of the way I ordered my ice coffee without any care in the world, knowing that the window was wide open. Moreover, the bagel I ordered was over-toasted and barely had any cream cheese. When I asked for a knife, one of the ladies looked at me as if I was a burden. It was clear that they lacked any customer service skills and need some serious training. I hope that such behavior is not repeated with other customers in the future.
