Waited in line while the two women employees chatted about their personal life and continued to play with their phone and drama. They like to swear and the blue haired was going off on some tyrant. Eventually they walked away from serving the customers to deal with more of the drama in the back. Avoid this dunkin because it's all drama and no customer service. Get what you pay for.

When I tell you I never go out to my way to write reviews but this store needs to do something the guy there is terrible the first time I went I was trapped in the drive through for more than 30 mins between 2 cars and the next time I go he looks at my at the front counter than continues to just do mobile orders. I stood there for 15 mins and just left he looks unprofessional and acts even more unprofessional

This place always makes a BAD cup of coffee. Doesn’t mater what time, who makes it or what you order. Want a latte? Here’s a cup of milk! Want an iced coffee? The coffees so watered down you Would think you were drinking flavored water. Everybody working looks like they’re high as a kite. Multiple occasions I’ve ordered my food with one person and halfway through another person jumps on the headset and either gets the order wrong or doesn’t know what the order is. It is a shame. Normally the food is fair, today it was missing the egg.

I stopped in on the evening of 4-25-25. I didn't catch her name, but the young lady who was working was awesome! She was friendly, professional, and hard working, excellent service with a smile! ATTENTION MANAGEMENT: Give this young lady a raise, she deserves it!
UPDATE: I spent the weekend here at the truck stop and interacted with this young lady several times. Her name is Kianna (I hope I spelled that correctly) and she is absolutely amazing. She has a good heart and a kind soul, and this world needs more people like her. I was having a really rough time, having just lost a loved one, and she was sympathetic and kind. Thank you Kianna, you made my world a better place just knowing there are such good people out there.

Ordered a sausage and egg on English muffin and when I received it it smelled exactly like industrial oven cleaner and I had to repeat my order over 3 times to the employee who seemed very very unhappy to be there. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

The worker was nowhere to be found, once at the counter he wasn't friendly and engaging. I asked for a simple iced coffee and he acted like he had never heard of it, when it's clearly listed on the board and the 1 donut I ordered for my child was completely ignored so I had to ask for it, again, which seemed to irritate him. Some people aren't cut out for customer service, no matter what they have going on in their personal life. We will NOT be using this dunkins again. This is the second time I've had issues, at this dunkins, in store and with drive thru.

Slow service, rude staff, super dirty. This is a truck stop. Coffee needs to be available 24/7

Sour puss at the register with an attitude. Gets half the message. Has plastic gloves on but handling money then donuts with same gloves. Are we this stupid or just lazy and incompetent? Where is the management doing the training?

If you are a trucker don't stop here unless you have 20 minutes to kill while you stand there being absolutely and spitefully ignored for no reason I still don't get why they have just one person taking care of the window and the people standing by the counter.

Horrible experience. I will never be back.
First off , I ordered 2 hot coffee. Made it very clear. 2 hot coffee 3 cream and said I'd do my own suger.
I waited 15 min... asked about my order...
He made me ice coffee and didn't bother to call out anyone's order.
I corrected/reminded him that I ordered 2 hot coffees with 3 cream and ill put the sugar in.
He made my coffees in 2 min and I asked for a refund (money difference).
So then I went and waited over by the till.
Another 10 min.
The woman made a huge deal about the refund. It was only a dollar. But a dollar is a dollar in my opinion. And I'm not tipping for HORRIBLE service. Not even 1 dollar.
She then proceeds to loudly talk behind the counter about the stupid dollar refund that wasn't worth her time.
The other employe (there were 4 employees) said loudly "she can just keep on walking without her food" ... Again, it was 2 Hot coffees
So between 3 of the 4 employees. I think they need more training.
I was almost at the point of just asking for my $8 back and letting them keep the coffees.

I don't even want to give stars. My daughter ordered for doordash and the completely butchered the order it was supposed to be a maple bacon no egg on a croissant they put maple bacon cheese and egg on a cinnamon raisin bagel and then it was supposed to be a plain bagel sausage egg no cheese and they put it on a sesame bagel also got a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese was burnt to a crisp. So sorry if you don't like your job find another one there was no need for all that mess up. Do better dunkins.
