The showers are not working.

I normally don't leave reviews but I'm saddened by the state of affairs when you can't even order a coffee without the employee literally texting. zero eye contact holding her phone up. not to mention the poor other employee having to deal with this while obviously having to do all the work. please do better!!!😔

This particular location seems to have difficulty getting help. Every time we go here the lobby is always closed. Won’t even accept orders using the app on your phone. Don’t waste your time going to this place.

This place is such a joke do not waste your time only one decent person works at this Dunkins and it's a male that works in the morning. Went in this morning to get a coffee and there's a close sign drive-thru's closed but she's clearly there working so I asked your closed yes so I can get caught up I couldn't even get a coffee this place is complete BS so now I'm going to be late for work because I have to go elsewhere

Worst drive-thru experience ever. I wish i could rate negative. We pulled up and politely said hello — the staff snapped back, “Oh hello to Burger King… (something gibberish) this is Dunkin — we don’t just pull up and say hello, WAIT!” Absolutely rude and unnecessary.

Because of this we wanted to cancel our online order, but instead of helping, she rudely said, “Your order is done,” and shoved the food at us. The tone, attitude, and complete lack of respect were unbelievable.

To top it off, the drinks didn’t even taste good — we practically threw them away and ended up ordering from somewhere else.

Thanks for ruining our day, Dunkin. Train your staff to treat people with basic respect.

Waited in line while the two women employees chatted about their personal life and continued to play with their phone and drama. They like to swear and the blue haired was going off on some tyrant. Eventually they walked away from serving the customers to deal with more of the drama in the back. Avoid this dunkin because it's all drama and no customer service. Get what you pay for.

When I tell you I never go out to my way to write reviews but this store needs to do something the guy there is terrible the first time I went I was trapped in the drive through for more than 30 mins between 2 cars and the next time I go he looks at my at the front counter than continues to just do mobile orders. I stood there for 15 mins and just left he looks unprofessional and acts even more unprofessional

This place always makes a BAD cup of coffee. Doesn’t mater what time, who makes it or what you order. Want a latte? Here’s a cup of milk! Want an iced coffee? The coffees so watered down you Would think you were drinking flavored water. Everybody working looks like they’re high as a kite. Multiple occasions I’ve ordered my food with one person and halfway through another person jumps on the headset and either gets the order wrong or doesn’t know what the order is. It is a shame. Normally the food is fair, today it was missing the egg.

I stopped in on the evening of 4-25-25. I didn't catch her name, but the young lady who was working was awesome! She was friendly, professional, and hard working, excellent service with a smile! ATTENTION MANAGEMENT: Give this young lady a raise, she deserves it!
UPDATE: I spent the weekend here at the truck stop and interacted with this young lady several times. Her name is Kianna (I hope I spelled that correctly) and she is absolutely amazing. She has a good heart and a kind soul, and this world needs more people like her. I was having a really rough time, having just lost a loved one, and she was sympathetic and kind. Thank you Kianna, you made my world a better place just knowing there are such good people out there.
