While 95% of the time our orders are fine we get days like today. My husband's coffee was burnt and his plain bagel with cream cheese that is normally put together so he can eat it in the car was just a bagel and 2 little tubs of cream cheese thrown in a bag. I don't know if both girls that worked today are new but I was very disappointed.

when you order bagley minis you expect them to be hot. Every time I get them they are cold. If this happens just ask for Jesse or Erin they make em right. Also management just sucks. Enough said.

Dunkin pay your employees more so they actually care about what they're making. I don't blame the staff for doing the bare minimum when theyre being paid the bare minimum
