Went for dinner here on a Saturday night at 6pm, we called ahead as we had a group of 8 adults. We arrived and were seated right away, the entrance was cozy. The restaurant was decorated with winter wreaths and red ribbon making us feel right at home. We order mixed drinks, wine, soft drinks and water. We ordered appetizers of Gyoza (6 in an order) and scalloped wrapped bacon (5 in an order), after 20 mins they arrived hot at the table!! We placed our order for our main entrees and they arrived about 40 mins later, all but one order was correct. The kitchen only mixed up the side order which was corrected immediately by our waiter. Our waiter was fun, made recommendations, answered our questions and was knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered desserts to go, the gluten free cake was delicious!! If you're in town there's plenty to choose from here!!

I found myself alone on Thanksgiving Day this year so I thought I would try their Thanksgiving dinner. It was fantastic. The service was wonderful and I felt like I was home with a seasonal comfort food. The turkey was seasoned perfectly and the sides were delicious. I'll definitely be back during their normal operating hours.Parking: Double parking lot for lots of space

Just had a pizza that came with a salad. Well priced and tasty. I think the crust was frozen, correct me if I am wrong. I would like to return to try some of the Japanese selections.

Around the Lake with Lola
Great choice for comfy, casual, consistently ? yummy food. Easy to get a reservation, plenty of parking, and friendly staff. This quaint 1800's establishment has an inviting ambiance that is suited for everyone, as is the menu. Unfortunately the Japanese Steakhouse section is not available currently. However, there are various choices including seafood, pastas, steak, and brick oven pizza. (Lola recommends the broiled scallops!) The main level dining room is perfect for family, friends or date night. The upper level tavern area offers a laid back vibe suitable for happy hour or date night. Overall a great go to for locals and convenient location for those visiting the Newfound Lake area!
Absolutely delicious meal (and especially reasonable for Wednesday "Couples Night"), charming venue (inn founded 1812), outstanding service.

A few years ago I was impressed but now it feels like this place gets worse each visit. The food is ok but way overpriced. We're paying new York city prices for take out quality. Last time we waited almost an hour for the staff to get our entrees and another hour for them to get our coffee and desset. The check took another 30 min. The indoor decor is out of my grand moms house and feels rather grubby. The entrance into the restaurant is rickety and unsafe for the handicapped. The staff behind the front desk seems unphased by anything going wrong and instead of seating people in phases they seat massive crowds at once causing a major logistic nightmare.

Food was very good. We ate here a couple of times over 4th of July week. Appetizers we had were seafood stuffed mushrooms (recommended) loaded nachos (pretty good) teriyaki steak strips (very good) mozzarella sticks (OK). Meals chicken Parmesan (very good and a nice light sauce) lobster Alfredo fettuccine ( very good) and steak bomb sandwich (very good)

Bogaki Steak is amazing. Also Japanese Fried Rice is top notch. My friend loved their Bloody Mary's ( He had 5!).
