I arrived for lunch around 1:15 as the Sunday lunch crowd was thinning. Had a superb plate of 3 crispy fish tacos while my partner had the "Pronto Wrap which she liked. Half the pronto wrap came home with us. Great service. I occasionally forget that this excellent Mexican restaurant is up in Bristol but every time I get here I am reminded that it's worth the drive!
Vegetarian options: Several items in each category are vegetarian and it seemed like a reasonable variety

Despite them being understaffed and stressed as heck, they were still beyond kind, and the food came out so quick. And it was delicious. Drinks are strong, too. You get your money's worth.

Atmosphere is interesting. Very demonstrative of the demographic of Bristol and surrounding areas.
Interior is clean, modern and recently updated. Very nice!
Menu is extensive and impressive. Lots to choose from and very enticing.
However, when our food was received, all of the meats were overcooked and dried out. And each of the plates, while beautifully presented, were very disappointing in flavor.
The cocktails were certainly our most positive part of the experience. They were delicious.
For the price, we will not be returning. This was an expensive meal that looked great but did not at all meet flavor expectations.

Cielito had an AMAZING menu! We enjoyed the food, it was as delicious as we hoped! The salsa was a little bland, though. The service was okay... The waiter seemed very preoccupied and barely made eye on contact, but still took care of us. We would go again.

Food was good. The salsa they bring out before dinner was delish, a little heat, it was perfect.
Carna asada was fresh and cooked perfectly. I do wish the side of beans was bigger.
The kids burrito was huge. And my kids enjoyed it.
The queso sauce on the burrito everyone loved.

Top notch Mexican from a guy that doesn't really like Mexican food! Actually, I do like Mexican food - its just that I find it all the same stuff (tacos, burritos, tortas, enchiladas, etc.) with the same spices/flavors. So I have it sparingly.
Went to Cielito as my wife loves Mexican and I wasn't that hungry so why not? Have to say I'm glad I went and will need to go back when I really am hungry next time! Cielito did use familiar spices, but with a different twist. The tableside made guac was amazing with the preparer willing to adjust heat and ingredients (no cilantro please!) to our preference. The result was a fresh and incredibly flavorful guacamole that I could have had twice more! My wife got the fish smothered in corn, tomatoes, onions, peppers and avocado. Amazing flavors using ingredients in a new way. I had the wings with a Mexican themed sauce that paired well with ranch dressing - a flavor I normally find uninspiring. Not sure it was the wing sauce or the type of ranch dressing, but the flavors came together well. And my impressions were not thrown off by the single margarita I ordered! Did I mention the complimentary salsa that came with the chips at the start? Smokey, tomato-y with subtle spices.
I ended up eating a lot more than I thought I would (including dipping into the wife's dish for a few bites!). Love this place and will come back. Great find in Bristol!

Great food, not your typical Mexican fare. We both tried something different and it was fabulous. Had an issue with my meal, the manager took it off our bill. I would suggest more plants/ decorations for the outside patio.

We stopped in to have a beer and everything looked and smelled so good that we ended up having a second lunch. The jalapeño margarita is spicy, just like I like it. Hubby had a beer. We had the Cielito dip and flautas. Everything was so delicious and very fresh. We are originally from Southern California and we really miss good Mexican food, so this was a wonderful find. Service was great, everyone is happy and smiling. Pedro was a host. They also have a really cute dog friendly patio. We will definitely be back.
