Just stopped in for a quick drink. The girl at the window did not give me a receipt. I asked for one but she had left the window. I said excuse me twice figuring she could not hear me (no big deal I get it). So I gave a quick toot (singular) of my horn to get her attention. She came out screaming at me. I tried to say I had said excuse me twice but she was too busy screaming out the window. Is customer service a thing of the past? There was absolutely no need for such a verbal assault.

9 times out of 10 grumpy service that is extremely slow and they can't ever take the time to stir a coffee. Extremely sick of people that don't like to work just don't get a job. Definitely a one-star review cuz I'm sick of the employees

This place is good with their food don’t get me wrong but whenever I order a bagel I have like a dimes worth of cream cheese. I always order hoping they’ll do better but I end up wasting my money.

The Bristol Dunks has always been our trusted location for years (slightly biased because of friends that work there) but honestly even if it weren’t for that - it would still be our favorite.

I waited in line for more than 10 minutes to get my coffee made incorrectly then when I told them. I am told I am wrong it was made right and I was given a huge snotty attitude. Last chance constantly have issues at this one. Super slow, made incorrectly, expired milk, n burnt coffee. I will take the extra 15 min ride to the next Dunkin they are amazing there.

I usually have a really good experience here, but the last 2 times I've gone in to order my coffee, the lady with the white hair and tattoos at the counter messes my order up!! it's sooo annoying I litterally spend $5 on a drink just for her to replace liquid cane sugar with regular sugar. She forgets to add the cold foam. My sister ordered one the other day and she just ordered a peppermint mocha latte and the lady gave her a regular hot coffee with a few sugar and a pump of peppermint. can we please fire this lady who is constantly messing orders up??

They just renovated this building and now it seems they are short staffed. Only allowing drive thru. Seems to be one or two people working.

Wow! Just wow. I'm at a complete loss for words. I just spent 20 minutes trapped in the drive-thru lane. Not sure if it's a lack of staff or what but it should be addressed. By definition "fast food" is just that; fast. Definitely not the case here.
