It's always an enjoyable experience when we go here! The food is delicious and the service is great. They have a great selection of draught beer, including bud light. Nice cozy atmosphere, especially in the colder months when they have the fireplace going.

My husband and I are from south Mississippi and came here for our anniversary. The food was incredible. The spinach dip was some of the best we’ve ever had. The prime rib was cooked to perfection and the seafood fettuccine was delicious! The staff/service was great. The owner was working for one of his managers and he was such an awesome guy! Very friendly. The restaurant is family owned. 10/10 recommend! So glad we got a chance to eat here!
For the most part it was nice, until we had been sitting for awhile. It really was not hit out side, but they had the A/C going, thanks God I had a turtle neck and sweater on. They need to have their rug either have a real good cleaning or taken up and have a new floor put down. Carpet really does not belong in a restaurant unless they have it cleaned often, very hard to keep smell out of the rug. Their smelled very musty.

I ordered broiled haddock. It was delicious. But the broccoli and asparagus were very undercooked. I could tell just by looking at them. How difficult is it to cook vegetables properly? Service was slow at the bar. They need another bartender.

I rarely ever write reviews but had to write this. Just as beautiful ambiance inside as it is outside..but not great overall. A few tables near us also had to wait 45 minutes for our meals after ordering when others around got their food quickly -- and no one came to check in on us until we asked. Food was ok when we finally received it. I asked to return the bread because it appeared to have mold but our server said it was blueberry... Even though in our whole basket of bread there was no other blue so not really sure about that one. I agree with another review that it's an attempt for down home country meals but better off with somewhere else. Hopefully it was just an off night.

This was soooo tasty. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return. We got the maple bourbon salmon and the sirloin. And the steak and cheese egg rolls were so good:)

August: I returned because I'm obsessed with their prime rib. Came on the same day, a Wednesday, and got Lilyana, who's service was just awesome! We were ordering by 5:15 so they still had my favorite, the end cut of prime rib available, and at medium temp. I opted for the butternut squash and mashed potatoes. OMG, their butternut squash is probably the best I've ever had and don't get me started on their incredible mashed potatoes. The rib was tender with a hint of smoked to the flavor. An overall incredible meal. My significant other's salmon and risotto was also just amazing. The bourbon flavor on the salmon was intense enough to enhance the fantastic flavor of fresh salmon. Their risotto was very flavorful as well. Changing my rating to 5 stars across the categories. So happy I gave them another try because this is the quality food I remember always getting before COVID.
July: Unfortunately I'm taking a few stars off because veggie and potato on everyone's plates were cold. The prime rib was loaded with flavor and very tender. Asparagus would have been great but came out cold. The waitress did offer to bring the meals back, but sadly prime rib doesn't stay hot long enough to do that and we didn't want them thrown on a grill. Service was great and I'd definitely give them another try. Just might have been an off night in their kitchen. Dessert heavenly!

The outside atmosphere is wonderful, live music, great sound. The service was great but my meal. I wanted the filet mignon medium rare. I received well done and instead of a loaded baked potato I was served mashed potatoes. The Ceasar salad was great as well. Bummer about the late filet that was over cooked and wrong potato. I driveby all the time, bummer the food was not as I thought it would be.

There for dinner, party of 8 of us. Waiter was very overwhelmed between our table and others she was taken care of. Several times we were just left waiting for drinks, water, food. Seems like a lot of moving folks, but nothing really getting done.

So good! My husband hasn't been here in 30 years and we were finally in the area and stopped in. He ordered the Butcher Board and I got the maple bourbon salmon with red pepper risotto. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. He could literally pull the bones out of the ribs. My salmon was a huge portion and grill-charred to perfection. My birthday is in 2 weeks and this is where I want to come back.
