Pasquaney Restaurant SAL'S Birch Bar

Hello everyone , my wife and I went to the new found lake inn last night for the valentines day event with jj walker comedian show. We have to say the food and show was outstanding. Prime rib,with all the fixings, many pasta dishes, soups salad and full buffet. This is our 3rd time going and never have been disappointed. Great shows and food is delicious. If you have never been here it's a must to visit there beautiful bar, restaurant or events. This was the best dining experience that I have had in a long time. The food was spectacular. Each dish was memorable. From the appetizers, entrees, to dessert each dish was outstanding. Special in its own way. Everything was absolutely perfect. It just felt so cozy and unique. We will be going back very soon.

Everything about Pasquaney Restaurant and Tavern was on point. This was the best restaurant experience I have had in Nee Hampshire.

Skipping this restaurant is a mistake!!!!!?❤️

The service was very very slow ?, never checked on us then the meal came. No flatware and waited for, the food was still warm. Took extra long. I went to get her and the bill...... so no dessert ? probably would have taken another hour no joke!!! So, I didn't leave a good tip.... oh, and talking to older people "you guy's ? " Not proper ?

Onion crusted haddock and crab stuffed scallops were superb!
Lemon tart just ok…crust not completely baked

Sitting in the bar area right now and the music is SO loud that nobody can have a conversation at their tables! (And I love loud music, but this is ridiculous considering that people are trying to enjoy their meals with friends and family!)

Service was a little slow, but pleasant.

The food was very good though!

I don't know if I would go back.

Food is much improved! Only issue was that they refused to serve our 3 year grandson one scoop of vanilla ice cream in a little bowl even though they had it, even though they were not full, and even though we offered to pay whatever they wanted for it. Bizarre!!

The worst dining experience ever. The hostess worked so hard and ended up serving us as the staff never approached our table. Food orders were backed up for HOURS…placed our order for burgers/salad/sandwich at 7:30…finally arrived at 9:15. Owner sat at the bar drinking a beer while customers were walking out, talking with their servers about the frustrations…he never moved. Absolute missed opportunity for him to show some leadership, help his staff and care about his patrons. Never to return.

The staff are so friendly, the food is excellent and the views are incredible. What more could you ask for?

Mother's Day Brunch. I love brunch, one of the few in the area (the only one I know of). The food was awesome as was the service. It's on the expensive side, but 1: you get what you pay for, 2: given the economic situation, prices are crazy for everything.

Perfect anniversary dinner venue! Our server Jamie was very attentive and provided great service. The food - apps, crab stuffed scallops and chicken pomodoro was delicious. Highly recommended and will most definitely.

Went to the Sunday brunch today and it was AMAZING! The food was so flavorful and delicious. Staff were attentive. They had live music which was great too! Definitely recommend and it just might be my new favorite restaurant to eat in!

Music in the bar was fantastic! Wasn't loud. You could actually have a conversation.Food was fabulous. Service was great. Very accommodating. Will definitely go back.The atmosphere was beautiful. Did a great job on the remodel.
