Pasquaney Restaurant SAL'S Birch Bar

I have now been here at least a half a dozen times and never disappoints!
Rooftop dining is amazing and they spare no expense to make sure their guests are comfortable from the comfy seats to the awning that they will pull out on hot days to give shade.
Food is really good and the staff is amazing! I understand it is hard to find staff now a days but this crew works hard as a team to get the job done!

Stuffed scallops were soooo over cooked and possibly frozen? Crab stuffing had way too much sherry (at least what I think I was tasting???) also the crab was limited and there weren’t any real clumps of crab…
Others with me said their food was very bland and used the salt heavily!
Service was slow but it was also busy. I can tell you NO ONE was standing around doing nothing and everyone worked well together to help which was really nice to see!!!
Because of the atmosphere, staff and VIEW we will give it one more chance

We went to eat dinner at the Inn at Newfound Lake on a recent Saturday. Our experience in the past has been very good but this time was below average. We were seated in the dining room at 6:30 but were not served our meal until 8 pm. I ordered fried clams that were way overcooked, very expensive and resembled burned pieces of tiny legs. The meal did not match the price paid and the service was terrible. Two other tables near us got up and left because of the slow service. More waitstaff is needed on a busy night. Too bad because the ambiance and lake view in this setting is spectacular.

We love coming here on Friday nights for salad and pizza. The chicken tenders and bacon wrapped scallops are also always a hit with us! The view from the porch and deck are lovely. So if you want a spot with a view to hang out for the summer, make sure to check out the Inn.

We have had nothing but positive experiences here. The pizza on Friday nights is amazing. I have almost all of their salads and a number of the appetizers and none have disappointed us.

First time I ventured here and I don't live far. It will be my go to places for a meal. Waitress was excellent and she provided great service. Food tasted great. We both had seafood, cooked perfectly. It was Valentine's Day and they also gave us ladies a nice red rose. Great atmosphere, nice people. Thank you!

Hello everyone , my wife and I went to the new found lake inn last night for the valentines day event with jj walker comedian show. We have to say the food and show was outstanding. Prime rib,with all the fixings, many pasta dishes, soups salad and full buffet. This is our 3rd time going and never have been disappointed. Great shows and food is delicious. If you have never been here it's a must to visit there beautiful bar, restaurant or events. We went for the Sunday brunch buffet. This is probably the best breakfast in the state. Make your reservation today. We cannot wait to return!
The bar is quite nice as well. They did an outstanding job with the remodeling and the food is better than ever!

This was the best dining experience that I have had in a long time. The food was spectacular. Each dish was memorable. From the appetizers, entrees, to dessert each dish was outstanding. Special in its own way. Everything was absolutely perfect. It just felt so cozy and unique. We will be going back very soon.

Everything about Pasquaney Restaurant and Tavern was on point. This was the best restaurant experience I have had in Nee Hampshire.

Skipping this restaurant is a mistake!!!!!?❤️

The service was very very slow ?, never checked on us then the meal came. No flatware and waited for, the food was still warm. Took extra long. I went to get her and the bill...... so no dessert ? probably would have taken another hour no joke!!! So, I didn't leave a good tip.... oh, and talking to older people "you guy's ? " Not proper ?
