one of the worst ice cream experiences I've ever had. We asked for cones, got cups instead. when we asked about the cone they said it couldn't happen... they had cones My daughter's small had less ice cream than my wife's kiddie. The employees were just sitting on their phones and didn't care about our orders.

This is for the Shackett affiliate / owned seafood shack across the street. WORST FOOD EVER. But first THE SERVICE.
