Delicious beer and friendly bartender/owner/brewer, what more could you ask for? Oh you want more? Well how about a relaxed vibe with a nice view of the river while you are sipping on that delicious beer. Seriously, not sure what else you would want/need.

Like ? my review! I don't drink beer often and when I do, it better be amazing beer! I asked the bartender to surprise me with a flight and whoa, he did an amazing job. I got a Bristol Blonde, Newfound Nutbrown, Box of Rain IPA, P. Bay IPA. All of them were delicious but the one with a large complexity was the P. Bay IPA. Moreover, I had so much fund relaxing at the Shacketts Brewing Company surrounded by the games that I could've played. I wish I lived closer because this would've been my hang out spot. Loving it!

Nice beer, space, and service by the owner. A solid brewery to drop by. Nothing standout, to be honest, but very decent.

As the last review said, great little spot downstairs with bar games and alternative options to beer. But you come here for the beer. Had Jon’s on tap IPA (P.Bay). Good finish, with a farm scent upfront. Nice body for a 6%. Definitely worth it to stop in if you are in the area and want to grab a brew. He serves panini’s as well if you need some non-liquid carbs. I’d give his bar a 4.5 if Google would give me that option so hitting the 5-stars because it’s a cool place. Only reason for the 4.5 is that I’m a big IPA fan and wish he had more than 1 on tap.

Stopped here after fishing in the area. The lemon Shandy was perfect on a hot day! We sat by the windows and watched the river go by.

Cute little "downstairs" brewery. We stopped by on a Wednesday and pretty much had the place to ourselves. Nice view of the river out the window and a dart board and a few other games to play. They have delicious beer and also serve a few other options such as wine for the non beer people which was nice. Very friendly staff and customers. Would definitely stop in again.

The multi-talented owner, brewmaster, and cook does a great job. The core beers, especially the IPA & smooth Guinness-like Stout are awesome. The food was surprisingly great given the small kitchen operation. I loved my short pork ribs and my partner loved his pulled pork sliders. The atmosphere is very quaint. Only problem is that we live more than an hour away. ?

What a delightful place to relax after a busy and active day!! Down a set of stairs to a quaint lower level reminiscent of a family bar room. Everyone was in their best mood, perhaps a dozen people inside and one absolutely awesome labradoodle. The home brew selections are magnificent. The P. Bay IPA and the Bristol Blonde were exquisite. Truly so. The icing on the cake was when the proprietor brought us a hot, right off the oven, soft pretzel plate. Which went so well with the brews! The place has a Juliet window overlooking the river where the sound of the river lent a beautiful addition to the faire. Great beers, wonderful staff, amazing ambience and friendly people. What else can one ask for? We will be back.

A variety of good beers and other beverages in a small brewery in Bristol. The Newfound River is right outside the windows
