It was a nice experience! They are currently remodeling so it doesn't look THAT great, but they offer complimentary champagne when you arrive to make up for it :) the sushi was delicious!

Our second New Years Eve dinner at Catch. Food was excellent and varied and way too much for us. By the time the steak and branzino was servers we were full, Service and ambiance were great. We will be back for sure.

Did not offer outdoor seating. Sent us to the bar even though on time for rezzie, orders came out wrong. Super loud. Total bummer

I live close by and went the 3 time this month. I really like it. This evening I brought a group of out of town people to enjoy. Our server was great. Food is always good. Usually the greeter is nice and pleasant. I'd say having nice polite people in the front is a big part of the experience also. People who smile and are helpful. Says a lot about the establishment. This evening it seemed it might have been a manger and she was just okay. Not as nice as I'm usually greeted. Felt brushed off even though I was very nice and checked it for reservation on time. No need to be dismissive or rushed when it's slow and we are dressed well and polite. Specially if it's someone who has keys them looking like they are a smasher if they're in front and the 1st face the guests see.

This visit was a really disappointing experience. We checked in around 9, and the host who seated us brought us to a table with a pole directly next to my seat. I could not move my arms comfortably or sit properly. I asked if there was another table available and was told no, even though I had seen at least four empty tables when we first walked in. After asking to speak with a manager, we were finally moved. The new table was acceptable and much better than the original, but it should not have taken escalating the situation to resolve that. After being seated, I noticed two separate parties of two were seated at four person tables within minutes, which made the initial response even more frustrating. Service timing was also an issue. It took over an hour for our entrees to arrive, and our sides came out before the main dishes. I do want to highlight that the manager, Courtney, was extremely kind and professional. She genuinely helped improve the situation and handled everything with care. Unfortunately, despite being promised a complimentary dessert, it was still charged on our check. We did not eat it and ended up paying for it anyway. While our drinks were covered, the overall experience remained poor. After coming here for years to celebrate birthdays and special occasions with friends and family, the service today was so disappointing that I will not be returning.

We had dinner at Catch LA last night and I wanted to share a quick note. The lady who welcomed us at the entrance was absolutely wonderful very kind, attentive, and genuinely warm. Our server, the Canadian gentleman (I'm sorry I can't recall his name), was also excellent. He was knowledgeable, polite, and truly professional. As a chef myself, I felt the pasta and truffle fries could have been a bit better, but the sushi and asparagus were very well done. And I have to say the Hit Me Chocolate Cake was outstanding. It was truly a great and well executed dessert choice. Overall, we appreciated the service and the experience.

We dined at Catch on a Friday night, I have always wanted to try this restaurant but was super underwhelmed with my overall experience. Everything is super expensive and the quality of the dishes are average at best.

This was an excellent experience. We celebrated my boyfriend's birthday and it was amazing. I have celiac and the staff instantly understood I didn't have to explain cross containination or anything. My boyfriend enjoyed the recommendation from our waitress despite it being typically out of his comfort zone of preferred food and overall our experience was amazing. Well worth it for all the imported ingredients and excellent flavors. Plus the ambience was magical. Truly something to remember
