Slowest dunks around if you want to wait 25 minutes through the drive thru with no cars in front of you be my guest

Came through the drive through this morning in tears and the staff was so nice to me. They wrote this note on my food which brought a smile to my face. A little kindness goes a long way, thank you to the women at this location this morning for being uplifting!

I'm not sure why every single employee that has taken my order at the drive thru is so short and rude/unfriendly sounding. I wish this could be turned into an Aroma Joe's....all the employees at Aroma Joe's are always so so friendly and always smiling.

Hate this place. Save yourself the horrible experience and just make your coffee at home.

Just sat 15 min in the drive through and never ordered so I left and as I passed the window people were walking around and mind you there was no one in line lol

The employees at this location are the most rude, unprofessional and miserable people I have ever encountered. We live locally but refuse to give our business to this location. It’s a shame that truck stop allows them there. Bring a Starbucks or Aroma Joes, friendlier employees and far better coffee.

My experience here just gets worse and worse. The manager can be heard yelling at store employees. When I get coffee for my mom and she CANNOT have caffeine. I ask and clearly say decaf. When I get to the window 9 of 10 times it wasn't decaf. And when I ask to be sure "this is decaf correct" I get the worst kind of attitude imaginary. Snarky comments and remarks from employees everyone seems to hate their job. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese begal only to find my bacon was raw. The eggs was really wet and tasted off. When I mentioned this the employee took my sandwich there it across the store into the trash and yelled at the other people on the line to make her a bacon egg and cheese now! This place truly sucks. And I will be contacting corporate.

This has by far become one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts to visit. From the snarky attitudes to very slow wait times. Went through today before even getting to the window to pay for our order, the lady read my order back to me incorrectly. Tried to let her know what she repeated was incorrect and give the correct order. She barked back that’s what I said move forward. I still had a second coffee to order and barely got it in. When we got to the window I tried to add a sandwich on to the order as was not given a chance when ordering. Was told I would have to go back thru the drive thru to order the sandwich and cannot be added at the window. I explained no one was behind me. Was again told with a finger twirling motion I need to drive around and come back through to order a sandwich. At this point we took our coffee and left. Went down the road to Stubby’s where they happily filled our order with superb service.

Awful coffee water but lady was very sweet

This dunkin is worse then the one in the gas station near northwood flies everywhere they refuse to do anything about it I work in pest control and offered our services and refused it doesn't seem that they care hopefully you like extra protein in your doughnuts because that's where they're all landing

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and 3 donuts inside. I seen a few Flys walking on the glazed donuts I told the manager she said nothing she can do about it. I said we just wanted you to know food people are eating Flys are walking on. She told the workers to pull them out. I took a walk through the convenience store she I believe thought I left she told a worker to put those donuts back in case.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKS! ? Everything about this place is a nightmare and the lack of respect, professionalism, and organization is atrocious. I have no idea how they are in business, especially after seeing all these one-star reviews. Did you notice how all the 4 & 5 star reviews are from 3+ years ago… I travel almost every day and this is officially the worst location I have ever been to. The staff was incredibly rude to all their customers (not just me), I waited over 20 minutes for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich, and then the chaotic environment was the cherry on top. Avoid this place at all costs.
