Best bacon and amazing smoked ribs
Great family run business with exceptional smoked cheeses and meats.
Awesome smoke house with a history to back up their fantastic products. Friendly and knowledgeable staff to tell you and show you anything you want to know about their process from start to finish. All of the food they cut and smoke is amazing! Well worth the trip to this hidden gem.

Incredible food, warm and inviting atmosphere with extremely friendly staff. So glad I made the trip. Will be sure to stop back in here. Their meats, cheeses, and everything else is top notch. I’ve tried in-house beef jerky from many many shops and their maple jerky just might be my all time favorite.

Exceptional place to visit. Premium smoked meats and cheeses. The best Jerky you can find and quality bacon you can't find anywhere else. Truly a great place to get quality meats.
