Delicious food, friendly staff, and a cool site connection to the rail system! We had the Brussels sprouts appetizer(these were by far the best and tasted phenomenal) and the lamb burger, as well as two of the mocktails. This was surprisingly good and was a great option for a lunch stop amidst our exploring White Mountain National Forest. We came upon it while driving along the road exploring and we're grateful for a lovely stop for food. They also could connect to the Omni wifi, which was helpful as we had no signal!

Quaint little train station covered to restaurant. Decor of old trains and train yard adorn the walls. A model train drives around near the ceiling through out the dining area. Staff was super nice and friendly. The food was better than i expected walking in not really knowing what to expect. The chicken tacos were fantastic. The fish n chips looked perfect. The Fabyan Dirty Tots were amazing.

We had a great experience. The food tasted great and was prepared properly. In the pictures I had the Lamb burger. It was cooked properly and had a lemon type of taziki sauce, I also had a bowl of clam chowder. It tasted great. Others in our party had the pulled pork BBQ tacos and chicken tacos. They loved their dinners as well. I recommend this restaurant. Our server Mahindra took very good care of us during the meal. It was a team effort as the hostess was also running food, making sure drinks were topped off, and seating people. Unlike other restaurants the where the staff stands around, they were moving and taking care of customers. The restaurant is a converted train station. The atmosphere inside and out reflected that character. They had working Lionel train running on a track above the dining area. There is a full bar area as well. We definitely will return the next time we visit the cog railway on Mt Washington.

Fayban's used to be our family's favorite spot to unwind after a full day of walking, shopping, and hiking. Unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations this year.
Although we were seated right away on a busy weekend, it quickly became clear why. The food has noticeably declined. While the burgers were cooked medium as requested, they were dry and lacked flavor. Out of the six entrees and two appetizers we ordered, only the Cobb Salad with chicken was remotely satisfying.
The only redeeming part of our visit was the friendly and attentive staff. It's disheartening to see how much the restaurant has changed under Omin's ownership. It feels like they acquired Fayban's simply to eliminate competition for their Mt. Washington Resort, and in doing so, they stripped away whatwonderful made this place special.

A great find in the White Mountains of NH.
Convenient and easy to find for anyone traveling through the area. The menu is small, but the food is fantastic.

If you’re visiting the Cog Railway, Fabyan’s Station is an absolute must-stop especially if you have kids who love trains! The whole place is train-themed, even with a model train that loops around the dining room, which our kids loved.
I had the smoked prime rib (Saturday night special) and it was absolutely awesome! Tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The service was just as impressive. Our waitress, Renia, was phenomenal she is attentive, friendly, and one of the best servers I’ve ever had anywhere.
We actually loved it so much that we drove 40 minutes from our hotel the very next night to come back again. We were thrilled to have Renia as our waitress once more!
The buffalo wings were spot-on, and the Aloha Burger was outstanding.
I travel the country and eat out often, and I can honestly say Fabyan’s Station is one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Great food, excellent service, and a fun, family-friendly atmosphere. Don’t hesitate to stop in, you’ll be glad you did!

DEVASTATED by the menu change. This place used to be a “smoke house,” with incredible BBQ that fit the atmosphere of the NH mountains. No brisket, but clams and coconut shrimp? I guess I’m happy they kept pulled pork, albeit in a taco. What on earth is going on here? This was a bad move by Omni to change what was part of the nostalgia of Bretton Woods. The staff is still lovely as always.

The food was very good, but what sent us back the second time was our waitress Rena. She was extremely friendly, efficient and thoughtful. Our party all agreed she made the experience. She's a keeper!
