Took 1:50 to get our food. When it came both orders with Salmon were not thoroughly cooked. Very disappointing... this is the second sub-par experience at this hotel over the last 3 years..
Very nice dining room and the service is on spot. The menu is very limited and the on site steak house closed for the week ; no good steak available. We usually eat at both restaurants on site during a visit. This was a disappointment the menu did not change to reflect both dining rooms.
My wife and really enjoyed the experience. The service was very attentive. The views of the White Mountains gorgeous. You can feel the history in the room. The food was outstanding and we didn't have to wait long at all.
Lovely start to finish. Attentive staff and delicious food. Beautiful atmosphere as always.
Our server was very nice and the dining room was beautiful and pretty quiet for how busy it was. The meal itself was really overpriced for the quality. The lobster mac and cheese tasted like butane (guessing it was toasted with a torch) and the broccolini was cold. It all seemed like it was premade and reheated in a microwave. Not what you'd expect from a resort like this.
Jessie, our server was amazing!! She made sure we had everything we needed and gave great advice on food & drinks. We will definitely be back and give her 5 stars as well!!
Our waitress Jessie made the whole experience worthwhile. The food was just okay which was a surprise considering how expensive it is. You're paying for the 1902 experience rather than just the food.
Jessie is the best! Food was perfect ? highly recommend the sword fish ? ?✨

Big Z and the rest of the staff went above and beyond for our honeymoon dining experience. The specialty congratulations desserts were adorable as well and a great capstone to the dinner and our evening.

Don’t go there. TERRIBLE food. Super expensive. The chicken was undercooked. You can look at the restaurant without eating there.

For the price of this hotel you would think you would expect top notch food. That is quite the opposite. Every year we make the trip up, and the food and service gets worse and worse.
I ordered the asparagus and strawberry salad. The strawberries were frozen berries they put on top of the salad, not fresh. My friend ordered the Cod dish and it came with a peas and corn that seemed like it was out of a frozen veggie packet, not fresh. This is some of the worst food I have ever eaten. I also went to Stickneys and the Grille at the Golf Course to give those a try. All food is overpriced, bland, and previously frozen. If you are wanting fresh food this is not the place to go.

We booked a stay at the Omni Mount Washington for our anniversary and was very excited to have a lovely celebration dinner in the Main Dining Room. We made a specific request for our Anniversary and other than a Happy Anniversary by the host, there was no further follow through on our request. The cocktails were very slow in arriving, the lobster appetizers were made with frozen watery lobster, our entrees were put on the table before we finished our appetizers, the wine order didn't arrive for another 15 minutes, and the entrees were boxed penne (vs fresh pappardelle) with meat sauce (they were out of salmon as requested) for $42 and the “braised short ribs” were a big piece of overly salted pot roast for $48 The young waitstaff tried their best but, we saw no additional management supervising and assuring quality or the fulfillment of special requests. We enjoy fine dining all around the world and this meal was an utter disappointment. I'd recommend steering clear of the Main Dining Room.
We have been coming to the resort for many years. Dinner service was a bit lacking this year and the food was not what we were use to. The waiter was very nice and the restaurant is beautiful, just overall a bit disappointed.
The hotel has a dress code for this “upscale” restaurant yet the host desk allowed in people with ripped jeans, gym clothes and flip flops. We had an 8:30 reservation but when we arrived we were told there were several tables ahead of us. They then asked us multiple times while we sat on a couch waiting, what our names were and if we had a reservation. After we were seated, we sat for almost 20 minutes with no one coming to the table. The host happened to walk by and asked if we were being helped. He proceeded to take our order. Our waiter came over several minutes later. When the food came out, my food was not what I had ordered. I told them I had an allergy yet they brought me a couscous dish which I cannot eat. By this time it was 9:45. Poor service and no quality control
