We had a lovely meal. We were celebrating our 44th wedding anniversary and asked to be seated outside on the porch. There was a lovely view of the mountains (even though it was very hazy) and it was very quiet in comparison to being in side the dining area. Jeremy, our server, was very friendly and attentive and offered some wonderful advice on the different options. The food was absolutely delicious! It was a wonderful place for a special occasion and meal.

We were there on Tuesday and we very pleased with our meals. Returned on Thursday and it was a different experience. The waiter was impolite and abrupt. My salmon was dry and overly salted. My granddaughter's was undercooked. The chicken was poor. Too bad as we returned because we liked it the first time.

Delicious food, with very generous portions, in a comfortable dining room with plenty of outside air. We loved dining at Stickney's Restaurant.

Overall the dinner was really good. We started with the calamari which was lightly breaded and perfectly fried, fresh and tasty. My friend and I shared the strawberry and goat cheese salad which was also really good. My main issue was with my steak. I ordered the NY Strip, medium rare, but the steak was pretty thin and thus overcooked. As this place is advertised as a chop house, I was really expecting the best quality of meat, not something that I could find at my local grocery store. If you're charging chop house prices, the meat really should be worth it. My husband had the lobster ravioli which he liked, but said it could have used a little more sauce. The best dish was what my friend ordered, which was the lobster club sandwich. It was packed full of fresh lobster and too big to finish in one sitting. Our server, Kevin, was the highlight of the meal though. So welcoming and friendly. We loved him!

My husband ordered a ribeye steak for $70 that was thin and very overcooked. The brandy peppercorn sauce was watery and more like gravy. My lobster ravioli was thick and undercooked. A terrible value.

Our server was fantastic. He was empowered to treat us a little special because it was our 25th anniversary, and he did. We felt it and rewarded with appreciation by tipping well!

Anniversary dinner with my wife, which was noted on the reservation. Hostess congratulated us and said “I have a wonderful table for you.” Took us straight to... a table right next to a family with three very loud, whiny, crying kids. Only kids in the restaurant. Everything else was wonderful (albeit overpriced IMO), but wish we could have been sat anywhere but there!

Been here many times for dinner and work conferences. Service is always great as is the food. Mike was behind the bar tonight and treated us awesomely. Fortunately this establishment has some employees that have been here 20 plus years. Night started slow, then got packed due to a business convention and with good attitude Mike didn't falter he just puckered up and ran with it. Thank you for a great meal and experience. Will continue to make this my go to place while here. And ohh, btw, the pastrami sandwich and smash burger are not only great but, more than a mouthful.

My wife and I ate dinner at Stickney's as part of a ski weekend getaway at the Mount Washington. Our waitress was Bernice. She was so attentive and personable, and she gave us great advice on the menu. We enjoyed her so much that we booked another reservation for the next night and requested her section when we arrived. We loved seeing her again and having her excellent service that night, too. The food was great, especially the enormous lobster club sandwich. Fantastic!

The service and view were great. Unfortunately they were out of the meal I wanted. The quality of the food against the price was not a great value. I also had to send my meal back because it was very undercooked and raw. While it came out quickly, I would have rather it been fully cooked.

Opentable Diner

We had dinner on a quiet Thursday night. Both our meals came out wrong. I ordered the venison without the cherries but my meal came with them. I informed the server I asked for no cherries he took the plate back. Only to return a second later with the same plate, the cherries has been picked off. You could see where they were from their left over red glaze. My husband ordered the filet which wasn't cooked correctly and his sides were incorrect. This wasn't a cheap dinner both meals cost $60 or more. You should get what you ask for when you're paying this much for dinner. It was very disappointing!

A good group of people. No doubt this is an expensive place to eat and there are few options close to the resort that might offer more value for the $$$$$ you'll spend here. Bottom line: You will get very good food with solid service in a historically significant location.
