Stickney's Restaurant

Great spot as a walk-in if you're stuck with just hotel restaurants.

There's not as much variety as the other spots like the 1902, but the food is good, albeit overpriced (but you knew this already).

Shrimp cocktail was a shrimp cocktail, but with jumbo-sized shrimp. Fries were excellent. The steak sammich is actually made with real steak and not Steak-Umms (shaved meat). Lobster club is too large to eat comfortably (I made fun of a previous review, but that lady does have a point). Kids menu is literally more costly than the most expensive restaurant in the area.

Peter was fantastic! He's been doing this for a while and loves the Mt. Washington resort vs. a lot of his past locations.

Drinks were full-proofed and done well.

Views were beautiful.

Our server was out of this world. She was attentive, funny, and brought smiles to our faces.

We had the beef and the elk. Both were on the salty side. The wine list is marginal. The creamed spinach was outstanding. The service was good.

A cozy and satisfying lunch at Stickney's, made even better by the stunning panoramic views of the mountains. The atmosphere felt calm and inviting, with generous portions and thoughtful flavors that elevated the entire experience. We got:

CRISPY CALAMARI
Light, crunchy, and fried just right so the exterior stayed crisp without feeling heavy. The banana peppers added a bright, tangy heat that kept each bite lively, and the homemade lemon garlic aioli brought a smooth, citrusy richness. A refreshing and flavorful start to the meal.

STICKNEY'S SMASH BURGER
A no bun version made with two juicy 4 oz patties, Cabot sharp cheddar, lettuce, crispy onions, and housemade barbecue sauce. The patties had a great sear and depth of flavor, the cheddar added the perfect sharpness, and the crispy onions provided a fun contrast in texture. The barbecue sauce was balanced with just the right hint of sweetness and smoke. Even without the brioche, it was completely satisfying.

LOBSTER SALAD CLUB SANDWICH
Sweet Maine lobster mixed with capers, shallots, celery, dill, and a decadent brown butter mayonnaise, layered with applewood smoked bacon, tomatoes, and lettuce on toasted wheat bread. The lobster pieces were huge and incredibly fresh, the brown butter mayo added rich depth, and the smoky bacon tied everything together beautifully. Every bite felt indulgent and full of texture and flavor.

A wonderful lunch with hearty portions, delicious dishes, and views that made the whole meal feel that much more memorable. Stickney's was such a pleasant surprise and definitely a place worth returning to.

We did have a bit of a wait for our food to be delivered. Very pleasant and attentive waiter , despite being very busy .

Very good food and service. I definitely would recommend. Had the scallops and duck and a very nice salad.

I was so very excited to eat some marinated beef skewers. They had amazing vegetables and mushrooms and steak and sounded perfect for me. Turns out when they say marinade they mean let the steak soak in balsamic vinegar for 10 years. I was unpleasantly surprised when my delicious steak meal, so I thought, tasted like orange juice salad. There are kids on screens everywhere who don’t know how to use utensils. They really need to help conserve this resort better!

I like this place a lot. It's located inside of Mount Washington Omni. The prices are not too horrific, The food's excellent.

Typically have a great experience here. We sat down immediately for our reservation, ordered apps and our entrees within 10 minutes but then things went downhill. Asked the server if there was bread service to which she said no — saw 4 other tables get bread with butter. We got our salads and then 30 minutes later still had no food. At some point she must've realized everyone else around us had bread and brought some to the table. Waited another 30 minutes and still no entree. Two tables that say after us ordered 3 courses, ate, and left before we ever got our meal. The waitress never took responsibility but instead tried to smooth it over with free drink coupons. Her comment “too bad the food took so long you could've enjoyed more of your date night” was what sent me over the edge. We will go back because we have had good experiences but this was absurd almost 2 hours for salads and 2 steaks (one not even cooked properly).

We have been to Stickney's before, but have read some reviews and were a little skeptical about stopping by while out taking Christmas pics in the area. We were going to stop in anyway to take some inside pics of the hotel all decked out in Christmas decorations. Results....glad we did. Hostess was great taking our reservation and when we came back a few minutes early she sat us right away. Our waiter came over to our table and we recognized him from our previous visits. I apologize if I have the name wrong, but if I remember right it was Claudio. It takes the right person to work at a Hotel like this and return and see a face you remember was great. I ordered the Truffle Fries to start and a Smash Burger for my meal. It was a Tuesday night and we were picking at food all day, so when the Truffle Fries came out and the Smash Burger later it was hard to find room for it all. My only issue is paying $10 to park. Long walk, it's in the middle of the week, and there was plenty of parking.

Food was delicious with a great presentation and service was also great only thing the beef prices are high so I went with the fish.

We had a great dinner at Stickney’s Restaurant at the Mount Washington Resort. The food was truly delicious, and the service was excellent. The bartenders were especially friendly and made the experience even more enjoyable. We also want to highlight the dessert — the menu description does not justify how good it actually is, both in taste and presentation. Overall, a wonderful spot for a relaxing and memorable meal. Highly recommend!

Our yearly Christmas time trip to the hotel is always highlighted by Stickneys! We look forward to dinner here ever year. Bernice is an absolute gem, she even remembered us and our toddler from the year prior. I was a waitress for 16years myself and Bernice goes above and beyond evertime! We made sure to have her both nights, she makes you feel right at home! The food was absolutely delicious as always. I don't think we could ever have a bad experience here unless they ran out of the chowder or steak of course😉. I dream about that chowder all year! Stickneys is always doing it right !
