Waited at the take out counter for 10 min without service so decided to leave. Either you need more employees or need to reorganize the present workflows. Nice atmosphere otherwise though.

Excellent atmosphere, really great country atmosphere.
Service was extremely slow despite the restaurant being almost empty and there was a lot of staff talking at the bar
Food was not as described: I ordered the mozzarella and tomato sandwich and it was quite skimpy, they didn't have any arugula or greens as mentioned in the menu.
They do sell cute country stuff.

Stopped here for coffee and a delicious muffin at the start of a long drive and it really set us up well. Great coffee and a wonderful vibe in the place. Very friendly team there.

After going to the Sandwich Fair, we decided to ditch the fair food and go somewhere new for lunch. Always wanted to try The Foothills. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the interesting decor, the friendliness of the staff and the delicious food. I had the curry chicken stew with coconut milk, curry, lime, potatoes, carrots and brown rice. It was delicious and nourishing. My husband had a turkey sandwich with chips, which he enjoyed. We topped off our lunch with two tasty mimosas. Loved the whole experience and we will be back!
