After going to the Sandwich Fair, we decided to ditch the fair food and go somewhere new for lunch. Always wanted to try The Foothills. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the interesting decor, the friendliness of the staff and the delicious food. Wonderful evening find for dinner last night! A nice quaint eatery with and each dish was delicious! Grilled salmon, mushroom risotto, and sautéed brussel sprouts hit the spot. The ambiance of as nice and cosy and the resident doggie kept us company.

Service was extremely slow despite the restaurant being almost empty and there was a lot of staff talking at the bar
Food was not as described: I ordered the mozzarella and tomato sandwich and it was quite skimpy, they didn't have any arugula or greens as mentioned in the menu.
They do sell cute country stuff.
