Got the Rubin with mashed potatoes and mushroom ravioli. The Rubin was slightly warmer than room temperature and some how found a way to only have the cheese melted on one half of the sandwich. The mashed potatoes were so cold it was like they just came out of the fridge. Had to send those back to be heated. The sauce for the mushrooms was very watery, cold, and flavorless. The raviolis were lukewarm. The waiter was very nice but never asked if we wanted refills for any of the drinks.

Usually they are always pretty good, probably my last time. 2 sets of steak tips cooked well done when ordered Med.rare, food was dropped off then the waitress didn’t come back for roughly 15-20 minutes. Got new tips still cooked wrong. Manager sent the waitress to apologize and offer free desert, he couldn’t even come over and apologize. It was a very slow night, only 5 other tables by the time we left, never got drinks refilled. Not sure what was going on tonight.

I love the 110. I am gluten free, not celiac. When I want fried food, I go to the 110. Hot honey chicken sandwich. Onion strings. I love this place.

I've been to other 110s in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and by far this is my favorite the entire staff is welcoming and holds a high level of care in the hospitality industry sitting in the tables directly in front of the open line was an experience my teenager will never forget he wants to be a chef when he is an adult and he was mesmerized watching the line work as a team together with its positive communication and hearing the kitchen staff complimenting each other on working well was a refreshing change. my server was Jayden and she was an absolute sweetheart very attentive very kind and entirely knowledgeable of the drinks served at the bar while we were waiting for a table please let her know we appreciate her efforts from the night out. I will definitely be returning and spreading the word of the positive changes that has come since the New Management Team. Keep up the good work and please give kudos to your team and it's entirety. thank you so much

Dietary restrictions: My server and the manager Colby were very attentive to our allergies as I have a pine nut allergy and I was reassured that my bang bang cauliflower would be made with clean fresh equipment to ensure no cross-contamination. Thank you so much Colby you really do have a knack in this industry

It's great that their patio is open on these beautiful fall nights when other restaurants have closed theirs, but we got bistro wings..only 3 for 17.50. Way too much $ for too little. A whole chicken tenders dinner costs that. The shrimp scampi was good, not great. A little oily. They were out of diet cola. They only have one diet drink, and they were out!?! But the charge for diet cola remained on bill. Had to remind them to take it off the bill. We drank water and the bill was still almost $50.00 for a decent meal...scampi, and measly 3 chicken tenders. When people arrive, they should be allowed to sit on the patio while waiting for a server. Everytime we go, no matter what day or time they make us stand and wait in lobby until a server is available. Just let us sit outside with a menu and let us wait for server there instead of piling us in the entrance way. Bathrooms need work. Doors don't close right and automatic toilets don't work. We will go when patio is open, but never again when it's not. Prices too high and food not that great for price.

I’ve stopped by this location several times in last few weeks due to doctors appointments near by. Today, due to the service initially received, I was ready to take all 110 Grills off the menu as an option for myself, family and friends due to the sheer lack of experience, attentiveness and table manner's. For example, when we arrived we were told there was a 10minute wait for outdoor seating, as a courtesy to the staff we said we’d kill time and spend money at the bar. 30 minutes came and went so we ordered food thinking the wait time increased, even tho there was ample tables open. After another 10mins we asked hostess about our reservation outside, her response was “you still want it”? I understand if us ordering threw her off, but asking us if we wanted to pass on the table before giving it away would’ve been the better approach. Then to outside…. After about 10minutes we asked for utensils, another 15 mins went by until we asked again. At that point I’ve never encountered such a rude waitress who not only gave a head bob but hand gestures claiming she’s trying to find us some we’ll have to wait. I felt as if I was watching a thug life music video the way her tone and body language came at us for a simple justified question.

But in the end, Aciacia pulled it together, making up for her colleagues lack of experience and professionalism, and therefore Ill give 110 another shot and hope they’ve provided more training to staff by next visit.

Ps. The bartender today was also great ?

The entrance to this place is not clearly marked. That was the first red flag. We were excited to finally try the 110. Walked in and waited at the hostess podium for about 5 minutes. Bartender ignored our presence. We just walked out. I guess we will never try it!
The sad part is this kind of service is expected these days.

Went around lunchtime on a Monday. The staff was goofing around and at one point actually chasing each other around the restaurant. The food was undercook and underwhelming. I ordered boneless wings and got bone in wings. Disappointing all around. Don’t suggest

Took my family out for dinner tonight. My girls have food allergies and were very excited with all of the options on the menu. The bang bang cauliflower was fantastic! Our server Tayla was nice and very attentive to our allergies. The manager Sarah brought the food over herself and came back to make sure that everything was good. Friendly staff and safe delicious food. We will definitely be back!

Food was terrible. Waitress was okay. Manager was very nice, wish I had gotten his name! Party of 4, the signature burger was very overcooked (we didnt complain about this meal). One meal (I forget the name) it was gnocchi and chicken, was disgusting and we sent it back for a replacement, an extremely thin and far overcooked piece of chicken and the sauce was undetectable. We asked the waitress if the chicken always looks like that (extra crispy, curled edges, yuck) and she said "it does always look like that and no one else has complained" so we tried it but it was inedible. When they replaced the meal it was FAR better the 2nd time. And the pulled pork mac & cheese was very overcooked and needles were soggy/mushy. The manager did comp the Mac and cheese which I really appreciated. And lastly the steak & cheese was nothing to write home about. It comes with peppers in it but they were completely uncooked. The spinach dip seemed to have been microwaved because half of it was cool and the other half was lava and seriously burnt my mouth. The manager was super nice though! ? I see no reason to go back.
