This restaurant is extremely unprofessional. A man died and the manager, Amanda, was sharing the news article to staff and her and the staff was laughing about it. We overheard a server, Elee, say she believes in karma about it. Whether you agree or disagree with a persons beliefs a death is never anything to smile and laugh about. I don’t care what your beliefs are, someone lost a brother, son, cousin, friend today and I could never wish death upon a person over something as small as a belief system. At the end of the day if it happened to someone you loved you wouldn’t be calling it karma or parading it around smiling and laughing. I don’t care who it is. Death isn’t funny.

Part of my order was not provided for carryout. Figures it was the vegan meal. It really makes no sense to be compelled to tip before any of the food/service is provided. I am out a total of $38.07 (cauliflower tacos -$13.89 and tip -$24.18).

My wife and I sat at the bar. The bartender was overwhelmed and had no support. We watched our food sit in the window for 10 minutes before it was served to us. We’ve eaten at this site and others before and just disappointed this experience wasn’t what we usually experience at your restaurants. I thought someone should know

I have to admit. This revue is a double edged sword. One the one side, excellent service (Emmily has been great every time we’ve come in), consistently good food (I travel for work and can say the 99 is the most consistent chain), and it’s usually quick and easy for pickup too. Other side, my daughter wants to go almost every weekend. I don’t know why I bother buying groceries anymore.

Was very very disappointed, I paid for my meal on my credit card and paid the tip in cash . I had started to do the tip on the slip when I realized I had cash so I clearly crossed it off and they still put it on my credit card. So I paid double tip . I won't be back. I was there July 17, 2025

After a long stressful day we decided to order in, my kids in pajamas already (due to allergies they were getting a meal else where) but I chose to get a wrap from 99. It said it would be ready at a certain time so I arrive for that time. I sit for 20 minutes and try to call 3 times none of which I can get through to someone. My oldest daughter asked if she could go let them know we are here and I say sure. She goes in and is taking another 5 mins so I unload my other child to go check on her. My daughter was still standing there and no one acknowledged her no other people were waiting. They end up cashing me out I had the exact change on hand but left my tip in my cup holder on accident because I was expecting them to come to car. Before I can say that the hostess made a super snarky comment about the money so I decided to to grab my bag stay quiet and just come back in and ask for change back for the bill that was in my cup holder instead of giving her the full amount (which was half the total bill price) but she proceeded to talk bad about me with my kids listening with another employee. at that point i was over the top angry after already being exhausted and stressed so I chose I wasn’t going back in. Long wait, poor service and my side of mac and cheese was cold in the center. Not impressed at all. We usually love 99 but I’ve had other bad experiences at the concord location so will not return.
99 a great place to take the family. Good food, reasonable price, and great service. It is a great family restaurant.

We ordered to go from Concord hospital and as soon as we arrived, they were outside as soon as we pulled into the pickup spot! Super friendly service, easy to use website, hot and wonderful food. The parking lot looked full which is a great sign. Plenty of parking and easy/convenient location. We will definitely be back.
