If you were thinking about eating here, honestly turn around and go back home. Tried it for the first time today and will be my last. Everything was either completely burnt or basically raw. Also prices are $5 more then the menu they have on their website.

We used to come here often over the last couple years. Now that it is under new management, the food quality and service has gone down hill. We decided to give it another try and it wasn’t any better. Ordered the Arnie burger, the pulled pork (the two pieces they out in it) was ice cold and the burger was raw in the middle. I’m Not sure who is running the place but you should be on hand more often to prop train and supervise you cooks. I think this was last time. We miss Caitlin!

After being at the hospital all day we were looking forward to a nice burger and we get there and and we ordered our hamburgers. They came back raw in the middle and cold and they were frozen patties. I looked around at the floor dead flies everywhere and then I look behind the counter where they serve the ice cream. It was absolutely filthy and disgusting. I did manage to get a refund back. When I talked to the owner she said I said look at this place how filthy it is and she said well. I just took it over 2 months ago and I said you couldn't clean in that time. They did refund our money $48 for hot dogs and two burgers that we didn't eat. Also when I mentioned about the fly she said well. There's nothing really I can do about it and I'm thinking to myself there's got to be a better way. The tables were even dirty. The counters were dirty. The floors were just out filthy anybody that goes there now I wish them the best

Honestly way over priced. 2 kiddies were $10 and they are so tiny you could buy 2 things at the stores for that price. It says homemade but it taste freezer burnt. Been trying places around and tbh wouldn’t go back there are way better places

Lots of ice cream was had, but the consensus was that most of it was just ok flavor wise. We didn't try the rest of their meal selection, though they had a good selection of items to order including burgers, dogs, and BBQ items.

Fast, friendly service. Love the soft serve Black Raspberry option. I added the mixed topping that had waffle cone, rainbow sprinkles and chopped peanuts along with hot fudge. So delicious on a nice summer day walk up Loudon Road.

Love Arnie's. However, the food is overpriced. We go for the nostalgia.
We were driving by, spotted Arnie's Place and pulled in, lured by the promise of BBQ, ice cream, and milkshakes. We definitely weren't disappointed! The pulled pork sandwich and potato salad were spot-on. Julie had ribs with beans and cornbread. All good. Check it out!

Maybe just an off night but wasn't as good as we remembered. Mushroom Swiss burger was way overcooked, yet cool. The mushrooms were also cool and the cheese wasn't even slightly melted. The grilled chicken sandwich was just ok. The fries were good though! The noise level of the traffic on Loudon Rd was ridiculous. Many extremely loud cars, bikes and trucks - one of the motorcycles rode by on a back tire only wheelie. Not sure where CPD was... Cool mural in the back of the parking lot!!

Sad to see that this place has declined. We ordered two different hard ice cream cones today and both were softer that soft serve ice cream. Necessary to basically inhale the ice cream before it melted everywhere (not a hot day). Too bad!
