Super delish! We got takeout- a bit pricey but wonderful food! Got lots but highly recommend the Short rib bao buns and the Crab Rangoon eggroll (just comes with two though!)

My son and I had such an amazing meal here. We had their cucumber salad and veggie pho with added mushrooms and tofu. Cucumber salad had amazing flavor and the spice was perfect and ok for my 6-year old. The pho was flavorful, hot, and packed with veggies. The added mushroom and tofu was well worth the extra cost because the amount they added. The sauces were on the side and the perfect amount. Everyone working seemed happy to be there, proud, and worked together to make everyone’s experience a good one. The staff knew their ingredients which was helpful because my son and I avoid certain items. I’m already craving another trip, which is worth the 40-minute drive for us!

I ordered the spring rolls (rice paper) with peanut butter sauce. It was a little gummy but delicious. My boyfriend had some spice bowl, level 8. He loves spice and it was perfect for him. He enjoyed the beer and claims the ice coffee was one of the best he has had.

“Hey Buba, it seems like I’m missing half my broth.”

“Oh, yes. That’s how we serve it now.”

“So less soup that’s more expensive?”

“Yes sir.”

When we ordered from the Manchester location, they would fill the broth to the top. No complaints about the amount of meat/noodles/vegetables. But seriously? Stingy on the broth? It doesn’t even cover all the food when I poor into a bowl. Why are you being stingy on broth??

The bao bun is delicious and the service very accommodating. Upon picking up my order the other day I realized I chose the wrong location when we arrived to no order. The person there was so helpful, put in a new order for us without any additional charge and it came out in 10min.

We started with the crab ragoon egg rolls and they were awesome. So much more crab flavor than you normally get with a crab ragoon. My husband got the beef pho with the spicy sauce on the side that you add to your preference. He likes spicy foods and said it's the kind of spicy that is warm and savory and adds flavor rather than just burning hot.

I got the seafood pho and was really pleased with the amount of shrimp and calamari. I've had a lot of noodle soup dishes at various restaurants and some places tend to give mostly noodles and broth with only a couple pieces of the stated protein type.

Both types of pho came as a HUGE portion size and we had plenty of leftovers to bring home.

We got the strawberry crepe cake dessert to go and enjoyed that. Basically lots of crepes stacked on top of each other with creme filling between each crepe to reach a cake slice height. Not overly sweet and the strawberry flavor was very nice. Not something typically found on a dessert menu, so fun to have something different than normal and not something I will make myself at home.

My husband also got one of the seasonal cocktail offerings called "witches brew" which he really liked and had a fun aspect of having popping Boba pearls at the bottom!

Our server Jonathan was very nice and had helpful suggestions about the menu because it was our first time and we had some questions.

We will definitely come back and recommend to our friends!

I recently dined at Buba Kitchen, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. The ramen I ordered tasted like dirty dishwater—completely bland and watery, with no flavor whatsoever. To top it off, it was served cold. The rice that came with my meal was undercooked and hard, making it practically inedible.

On top of the bad food, the service was just as disappointing. The waiter was rude and dismissive when I politely mentioned the issues with my meal. Instead of addressing the problem, they acted as if I was inconveniencing them by simply asking for edible food.

Overall, a total letdown. I will not be returning and wouldn't recommend Buba Kitchen to anyone looking for a decent dining experience.
