Got my order wrong, I order chicken sandwich plain with cheese, and yet it was normal add cheese, I hate mayo, so not good.

I'm a dasher, sat in drive through for 15 minutes while the workers stood around talking and generally ignoring me. Pretty obnoxious for a simple pickup. Also when I got to the store they did not have the item the customer ordered and we had to substitute a Hershey pie for a drink. The way us Dashers make money is through speed so when you have the crew standing around doing nothing when the order is probably sitting there ready that really hurts how much money I can make.

My coworker went to do a late-night food run for us. The establishment was open. She reported that no one answered at the drive thru. When she came around, she observed that the workers were congregated and socializing. Hoping the owner maybe notes this review as this is someone's business and presumably livelihood.
