Pasta is always good here, so I decided I wanted to try the burger instead this time. I got the Major Burger, medium rare with cheddar cheese instead of provolone. Burger comes, fully black, with no cheese at all. I take a bite and it’s as hard as a hockey puck. I’ll just stick with pasta. Thank you.

Was very disappointed in our meal tonight. I had the fish dinner and my husband had the chicken alfredo. My fish was several pieces of fish that seemed old. Very dry , not flaky. 3 pieces were not even edible. Our salads were bagged not fresh as they advertise and seemed old also. I normally don't do reviews but this is not the first time we have been disappointed here. We keep on trying in hopes we get better food. Oh and no rolls which has happened before.

Decided to stop at the bar for noon time snack. After 15 minutes of being ignored a patron sat at the bar who the bartender knew and took his order. After 10 more minutes I left Will never go there again!

Traveling from out of state we wanted to try a non chain restaurant. As we were pulling up all I could read was tomatoes . I thought that was a funny name for a restaurant. Service was quick and friendly . Free rolls and butter . Not the best but warm and complimentary. We ordered 2 fall martinis . As it was lunch time I was not excited for the lunch menu provided , but value was there so if I was on a budget or extremely hungry I would be happy . We had one of the most personable people serving us by the name of Trent. He has worked in the kitchen years ago but now serves . Very knowledgeable and friendly . I ordered a grande white pizza . What a great pizza . Very minimal grease , fresh ingredients and the crust was perfect . I would have given 5 stars however the bar area is too close and too noisy for private dining . I was made to feel like a regular so I would not hesitate to come back through and try more menu items .

I had a vegetarian dish, where they forgot the ingredients and it was way different that earlier in the year or last year. It was swimming in oil as was my partner's dish. Definite decrease in quality. Did they change chefs?

I have no idea how this place has such a high review. We live nearby and this is the only local restaurant we have. And we’ve tried to give it multiple chances but we are let down more and more every time. We’ve gotten food poisoning once. The environment is disgusting inside - dirty, hasn’t been deep cleaned in a while. The drinks are horrible and the bartender can’t seem to get an easy, two ingredient drink correct, the food is unappetizing, disgusting with zero taste and just wrong no matter what you order. The bathrooms are disgusting. I feel like the only thing keeping this restaurant afloat is the regulars drinking beer that can’t be messed up. Our last dining experience was our last and will not be wasting anymore time and money here. This place needs to be shut down ASAP.

We arrived around six thirty Thursday evening. We were greeted by the hostess and shown to our table where we waited fifteen minutes for a server to acknowledge us. The table was dirty, we requested a worker going by to clean the table which she happily washed off. We then proceeded to wait another fifteen minutes before the waitress arrived. We were just about to leave and the waitress showed up. We finally got our salads, but no one took away the dirty dishes and empty bread basket. It was another fifteen minutes until our main course arrived at which time she removed the dirty salad plates. The food was good, but the service most definitely needs improvement.

We have been to CC's a handful of times. In the past, the food was always good, and the patio is very pleasant. We had an early dinner there recently, again we sat on the patio. Our server was helpful and on task. I had a tortellini dish that was good, and almost enough for 2 people. Another person had the surf and turf, which they said was good. However two people ordered the Greek salad, both thought the salad was mediocre at best. A pile of chopped iceberg lettuce with 2-3 olives and a tiny amount of feta. The one with shrimp had a few tiny shrimp on it. Whoever does their salads needs some training.

Online ordering system failed so I called in my order. Special appetizer i wanted wasn't even an option for call in. Then the person gave us the wrong dinner and something that wasn't on the takeout menu for a dinner entree. Total mix up so we have no idea what's in the meal. When I called to inquire, I was dismissed with zero apology or willingness to make things right. Epic fail for customer service. Goodbye CC Tomatoes.
