My family and I made a takeout order tonight and as someone who frequents Cheers I was very disappointed with tonight's order. I placed the order at home over the website (which is a bit of a hassle in of itself) and even waited a bit before leaving to pick up the order. When I arrived the hostess said the order would come out in around 10 minutes. That's fine, not typical for Cheers but okay. 33 minutes later I ask a different person behind the host counter and they go off to check on the order and I wait for a few more minutes for my food. Then upon getting home we find some of the food overcooked, some missing ingredients, and some just sloppily put together. Very disappointing showing this time. Usually a great spot for dinner, and we will be returning, but I hope quality returns to normal soon.

Regarding an $8, 017.17 (not a typo) secondary charge that was passed off as either an employee with fat fingers or the employee was just in a hurry.
To Wendy owner/manger, your 1 star is for the following……
-You not wanting to take my call about this matter, putting it on your employee Jody. I had to push to talk with you. You wouldn’t have known about this if I hadn’t called.
-Trying to take the credit for remedying this that your employee immediately reversed it which isn’t true…I declined it with my credit card company before it was it was known on your end.
-Having to cancel my credit card because it looked like attempted fraud per my credit card company.
- This is fixed but a sorry or a little empathy on your end would have gone a long ways.
If anyone is getting 5 star it will be Citi Bank my credit card company who sent me a suspicious activity alert as soon as the transaction was attempted to go through. They did all the work.

We came on a Saturday night at the end of September. We got right in and sat outside. And then we sat, and sat some more. Ryan the server was very slow to get to us, even though the place was fairly empty. After about 10 minutes, he finally came over for a drink order.
Two beers and a Diet Coke took another 10 - 15 minutes. The other servers are hustling, and ours just isn’t. When he came back with the first round, we ordered our food; chicken lips (which is a super weird thing to call chicken tenders), a pastrami sandwich, a black bean soup, and a hamburger with bacon ($2) Swiss cheese ($1) and tatertots (another fee to upgrade). He did not ask me how I wanted my hamburger cooked. Restaurants need to stop offering hamburgers that come with chips. No one wants chips, chips should be the upgrade.
Anyway, this is when Ryan tells us a cook called out and the food was going to take a while. Ok fine, we decided to stay. We were offered a free chips and salsa to make up for that, which was nice of them to do.
Service continued to be slow. He would come out, check one table, and then leave. I had to flag him down for another beer. Our free chips and salsa came out about an hour into our dinner. They were free so I can’t complain about them, but I wouldn’t order them.
My bean soup never came out. My burger luckily was cooked fine, but it was super greasy. It also wasn’t seasoned in the slightest. It didn’t have any mayo, and the food runner left before I could ask for some. It was also missing the bacon I paid $2 for.
Ryan did not come back to check on us after we received our food. He only came back to drop off the check. I made sure to check the check. The soup wasn’t on there, but the bacon was. I decided that it would by worth another half hour of sitting there waiting for him to fix the check so I decided to just eat it.
I know they were having a bad night with the cook that called out, but the cook has nothing to do with the really bad service we received.
Based on today I probably wont be going back.

Staff was amazing helping us out on our travels. The food was great. The mediterranean salad was amazing didn’t even need to use the dressing. Highly recommend this place.

We visited on a Thursday afternoon when we showed up to dine next door but they were closed for a private event. There was no wait for a table at Cheers and our server greeted us promptly. The portions were large and tasty. Overall, great experience.

I guess the restaurant & servers don’t need to make money??? Update: I like how you tried to blame the lack of service on me but swing and a miss. I was taken to my table by a server. What's your next excuse?

First experience there last night and the atmosphere was great, lots of customers and wait staff seemed on point.
The food was so-so. My steak and cheese wasn’t bad but nothing amazing. The onion rings though… not great. Felt overall old, and fairly cold. Reminded me of how onion rings are when you take them home and have them the next day.
My wife ordered a panini off the “specials” menu but not much “special” about it. Just a slab of dry chicken between two toasted pieces of bread. Claimed to have basil as a main ingredient but you wouldn’t know if you didn’t happen to see the tiny little pieces. Just a very mundane sandwich thay would have benefited from something to dip it in or SOMETHING to make it “special.” The Fries that came with it were good but quantity wasnt a lot compared to the onion rings in my order.
For $20ish each, I feel like it could have been better.

The past five takeout orders have been wrong, tonight $20 + tip for Chicken waffle with x2 baked potatoes came with just the sandwich and no side in box. The glow chicken last time was just a piece of fried unseasoned chicken breast and nothing else on sandwich. Idk what's going on but the take away orders have been a nightmare.
I enjoy the food, service is great everyone is so pleasant.
