Place has gone downhill in the past few months, last week the trash outside was overflowing and garbage was spilled all around the entrance way. Food still tastes fine but facility is pretty dirty and employees don’t seem thrilled to be there

The managers here need to learn how to get things done including cleaning the mess that has been building up outside forever and is now blowing all over the place, clean up the outside they should get fined for littering

This location has really gone done Hill in the past few years. The dinning area was not clean. Which wasn't our concern for take out, but the viewing windows for the food was covered in food that looked like it had been there for days. The menu is non-existent you choose from what looked like very dry choices and for the price seems ridiculous. Not a single person in there has a voice in a very loud atmosphere so it's hard to hear the person taking your oder or ringing you out and the cashier also didn't know how to count change. So in conclusion this was the worst experience at a Chipotle we've had in a while.

The staff are always working hard at handling rush hours. Only complaint, not necessarily on the workers but more so on the customers is, out of the 3 times we have been here, our mobile order has been stolen off the mobile shelf 2 out of 3 times. The staff are always kind at helping sort it out but the situation is mildly frustrating when we place an order for pickup at a set time but then have to wait 30 minutes past for it to be made again. I wonder if this is a common occurrence here or if our luck has been low each time we have placed a mobile order.

Food was ok. After getting my food and sitting down I noticed the place was dirty!! Tables weren't clean. Food and bits of trash all over the dining area floor. Drink area was sloppy and trash underneath(looked like it had been there awhile) Windows not clean either. It was gross. They had only been open an hour My first time at a Chipotle. Wish I had noticed all this right away.

They're always out of something, today was medium and hot salsa. I informed the girl I didn't want it without salsa and she got an attitude. I've eaten at almost every Chipotle on the east coast as I travel for work...this is by far the worst managed location on the entire coast

We placed an order for six different meals, and out of the 6 three of them were incorrect/ missing items.Went to Chipotle website to let them know about the problems and their chat bot connected me with a person who asked if issue was service, product or pricing. When I replied product the person sent me a prefab answer stating that they can’t comp/credit all mistakes but thank you for your feedback we consider this matter closed. They never even gave me the opportunity to tell them specifically what was wrong and I never asked for comp meal. I probably won’t order from this Chipotle again. I may stop patronizing Chipotle altogether since the website did not want to hear about these issues

Been to Chipotle a few times in my life, always had a wonderful experience until today. For $14, I was served 1/3 bowl of rice and around 8 tiny pieces of brisket. On top of that, I payed for a bag of chips and queso where I received a very small portion of broken chips and a container of queso that was left open and spilled into the bag. When we asked the cashier to grab another queso, he rolled his eyes and was rude about giving us a replacement (said an expletive towards me). Every employee that was working the food line was either rude or just careless and in a bad mood. I will say however, that the new trainee at the register was extremely pleasant and helpful. Dining room desperately needed cleaning and was out of utensils. Very disappointed with my visit today, the next time I visit Chipotle I will be driving past this location and giving Manchester a try.

I ordered a salad bowl on the app. My salad bowl did not come with the vinaigrette or fajitas veggies (which were on my receipt) I went inside and asked for the vinaigrette and fajitas veggies. They said they had no fajita veggies and they had no vinaigrette bc they didn’t make any that day… I’m sorry what? Never will return to this location. Very lazy staff that will not give you what you order simply bc they did not feel like making it.

2nd worst Chipotle I've been to. The guacamole tasted stale, the rice tasted bland, and overall, the smoked brisket wasn't great. I wouldn't recommend this location until they focus on fresh ingredients and quality, Season the food properly and taste it before serving it.
