I go to this location once in a while as i live in manchester and only come for my boyfriend. typically my only complaint is that they skimp you on portions compared to the locations i typically go to. today really got on my nerves as i could basically count the grains of rice in our burritos. he would go ahead and scoop up a normal portion then dump half of it out and i’m not over exaggerating. also did a poor job of rolling the burritos and lastly everything seems overly salty i love me some extra salt but this is set up for some health issues. won’t be going to this location again.

I order two burrito bowls. I order it with white rice. Dude tells me he doesnt have white rice and will not have white rice. So I had to have it with brown rice. Ordered double protein, got half scoops of each protein. Asked for fajita veggies. He doesnt have veggies. Asked when are the veggies coming out. He could not get an answer for me. I was pretty persistent about when things are getting refilled. He did not want to give me an answer. Im honestly dumbfounded that I even paid for the bowls. Quite disappointed with my experience with this chipotle. Rude customer service. Not accommodating at all. If a customer is ordering something they want, inform them/me when stuff will be ready to order and I'll wait and not rush my through the line. Unacceptable.

Food as always is good just a very messy production area also had to clean off a table and chairs to sit down and eat and then watched a employee clean a table and unfortunately my kid cleans better then her 😳 foods good place is messy

they use way too much sour cream on everything. it would be great if we could order stuff like that on the side when we're getting it delivered. my last batch of steak tacos had a sizable piece of gristle in it

This place used to be great. But they’ve definitely declined. Food is still ok, but the employees are the worst. Slow, disorganized, and when there are people waiting insanely long hours for orders, the employees are laughing and joking behind the counter. Very unprofessional.

Pretty decent chipotle! We are from out of town, and stopped for some lunch while driving through. Other than the chicken being a little salty compared to what we are used to, everything was fresh and delicious. Portions were large. The person taking orders could be a little friendlier, but the guy who checked us out was very nice.

The order I placed for delivery was for the right address but someone entered it wrong. I do not appreciate the fact that they can't refund the order for me even though I told them it was being sent out wrong. I do not appreciate being told I couldn't get a refund for my order from Chipotle or Door Dash.
