Decent but just opened, staff needs training, guy made my burrito didn’t know how to wrap it came out like a long hot dog wrapped in tin foil. Overall food was good but need training.

Cashier tried double charging me. Ended up charging me for chips I didnt ask for and forgot the drink. Will not be back. Manager gave attitude when I asked for my order to be made correct. Never refunded for the chips. Scam

Place is great. Food is fresh and well seasoned. The problem is with how certain people set up their burritos. Sometimes when I get a burrito everything is put at one end of it whereas you should be able to get everything in it in one bite.. Had one today where all the beef was on the bottom and everything else was at the top.. It should all be rolled together. Other than that I can't really complain. Great food, great service.. a little pricey but worth it. Also, it would be awesome if they offered ground beef and tomatoes.. That would be sweet.

Came into the store and there was nobody in line. Went straight to the register just to get a bag of chips. Was ignored for around two minutes, I watched a total of around 7 employees just talking in a circle in the back the whole time I waited. They kept looking over and not helping me. Finally someone comes over and speaks to me like they are annoyed they have to help me. Not good

Yikes recent reviews are harsh. I have ordered here several times and have had no issues. I have found staff friendly, helpful. I like the drive up lane. Super convenient.
The meat options are always out. You would think a new location would be on top of it, but I see it's just as bad as the other Concord location. Disappointing. I'm done wasting my time at any chipotle.

Showed up at the drive-thru to pick up my online order, the gal at the window laughed and said I haven't even started your order pull over to a parking spot and we will notify you when it's ready! Well I pulled over nobody notified me I ended up going in to the store almost 10 minutes later.... My food was sitting there getting cold in the takeout section! The girl at the cash register told me we don't bring those out to you lol! I told her I ordered for drive-thru pickup and it wasn't ready!... This is the second time this has happened and it is the last time! Very disappointed I was really looking forward to this Chipotle

Went to New Whitney road location I used app to order and got double charged I tried saying something to the girl that gave me my food but she just rushed me along and said this was all there was. It was really busy and I didn't have time to wait in line to have a argument. But it's showing I was charged for two burrito bowls on my bank account. And that's 22 dollars I shouldn't have been charged. It's the same thing everywhere nobody wants to give a refund even if they are wrong sometimes it's not even possible for the employees to do anything about it they may need authorization. Or they just lie. Very upset

They don't know how to double wrap a burrito. The cost of two burritos is financially enough to feed my family for 2 weeks if I made burritos at home, and they're mid grade burritos. Good, but not crave-able good
