Title says it all. It's too bad they're closed but I don't think the owner cars about the customer or employees. As much as I feel horrible for the solo server handling everything, spending 2 hours at a restaurant is just not cool. It sucks they closed but that's what happens when you show you don't give a crap about your customer experience.

Hands down, the best vegan food in the state. I hope they’re able to reopen. I miss Col’s!

The food is amazing, and I love this place. But they really need better lighting so you can tell it’s open. And they were out of some entrees that they forgot to tell us about when they gave us the menus. Service is not fast, so expect food to take a while, but it’s worth it. Delicious!

Solid vegan food. We have been here a few times. Best fully vegan restaurant in the area. Last time we ordered, quality was lower than the previous time, but still great! Recommend calling ahead to ensure they are open.

Great vegan spot in concord! I’ll be coming back for the Buffalo seitan sandwich and to try more of the custom sodas. Give orange fennel a try!

Go here if only for the milkshake alone! I was lucky enough to be there when they had pumpkin pie so they made me a pumpkin pie shake. The wait staff was very friendly and had excellent recommendations. Will definitely return!

You'll be glad you came in for the seitan nuggets and pad thai, but I was downright delighted at the unexpected dose of enlightenment & entertainment that came with it. My advice: try to come in at an off-time and strike up a convo with the affable owner, a profound fella named Jordan who could pull off a standup career if he decided to close down Col's — but as with the best vegans, his heart is in the mission and he keeps chugging along despite the snafus. (Getting his story of launching & running this place is 3x more interesting than whatever podcast you're currently hooked on).If you manage to come in a bit past 7 on a weeknight, you may also have the luck to get Hannah as your hostess, part-time server and full-time humanitarian, a caring & witty personality I found simpatico to Jordan's.Just visiting Concord, I've been to vegan restaurants in half a dozen states over the past two years and it's easy to cheer for such restaurants, but I found myself particularly wishing good things for the folks behind Col's. Stop in, bring your good vibes, and enjoy the soulful vibes that radiate back your way.Speaking of snafus, their POS was down, and they said "just call us tomorrow to pay." The experience was like dining at a restaurant opened by an old college pal. If I lived in Concord, I'd want to swing by regularly — the combo of good eats, solid mission, and stimulating postprandial chat is hard to beat.

Stopped in last weekend and ended up walking out before even being seated. There was a cashier/staff person who didn't acknowledge us at all after we walked in. Someone else came from out back, looked directly at us, and didn't even say hello when it was clear we had just arrived. The place was kind of dark and desolate; I ended up checking their location hours online to ensure we hadn't come in when they were closing (they weren't). Unfortunately will not be returning. While sparse in NH, there are other vegan establishments with top-notch service and welcoming atmospheres. Would rather spend my time (and money) there.

The worst vegan place I’ve ate at, the menu looked good that’s why we came but we were very disappointed with the food, service and atmosphere.I’ll start with the food, first the only dish that tasted good was the Caesar salad. Then we had the cauliflower wings, they were soggy, cold and undercooked. They did not taste good at all.The chickpea tuna, was bland so bland I had to use a bunch of mayo and sauce from the cauliflower wings to compensate for the lack of taste. The beyond burgers were just as bland and just not well executed. And everything was cold… keep in mind they were not busy and there was definitely enough staff we saw at least four workers around the service desk. Now as for the service and atmosphere. The place was empty on a Saturday night, at around 6:30 when restaurants are usually busy. There were just two people eating when we got there. But still there were two tables that had been left unattended with food and dirty dishes on them, they were left like that the entire time we ate. It was disgusting, and the staff would walk right by them. Then it took almost 20 minutes after getting our menus to get attended again. Once we got our food the server never came back to check on us. We had to ask another employee to get our check. There were two employees that came out from the kitchen area and their attire was filthy with food all over their shirt. It really made us question the cleanliness of the kitchen.I am a vegan, I’ve ate at many vegan restaurants. I wanted to like this restaurant. We came hungry we forced ourselves to eat the food.I would highly recommend any fellow vegan to skip this place.I don’t post reviews about restaurants like this ever so this is going out of my way to let people know. If we had spent $20 here I wouldn’t be writing this review, I’d understand that you get what you pay for. But we spent $90, the food should meet the standard of the price and it felt like we burnt our money. So disappointing.

My husband has a dairy allergy so we try to find vegan, plant based options, especially when we're on the road. Everything at Cole's Kitchen was fantastic! We ordered the TLT and Falafel Wrap and a modified hummus wrap for my daughter. Unfortunately, they were out of the falafel, but replaced the wrap with a Chickpea of the Sea sandwich, which highly exceeded my expectations so much that I'm trying to figure out how to replace it at home. Can I have the recipe?? ?We ordered takeout, which was ready within a few minutes of arrival. The interior is super cute and the staff was very friendly.

We had Pad Thai and ravioli as well as the homemade seltzer drinks on our last visit. For an appetizer, we code buffalo cauliflower. The food was fresh and delicious. We are meat eaters but choose Col’s over other restaurants in Concord because it’s so good. We also like the atmosphere - with hardwood floors, a piano and a mix of high-top and regular tables. Plus, you can bring your own wine or beer.

On my trip north into NH I didnt have high hopes of finding many delicious vegan foods, but I was pleasantly surprised to see Col's is fully plant-based. And I truly wish I could have orders one of everything.

We stopped in on a Sunday evening for dinner. Interesting all-vegan menu, but 2 of their regular items were not available and our server didn’t tell us until we tried to order them. We didn’t know that there were specials available until I got up to go to the bathroom and saw them written on a chalkboard. When I inquired about the appetizer we ordered, 20 minutes after ordering, she seemed very annoyed and just said “they’re coming”. Not sure if they were understaffed or what was going on. Food was good - the BLT was very tasty and 2 of our group had the ricotta ravioli and really liked it. But we didn’t feel particularly welcome.
