Walked in to order. 15 minutes of waiting and the counter guy was just ignoring us. We finally asked if someone was manning the counter and the guy said “oh well we have a huge amount of DoorDash orders so we need to do those because we can’t have them waiting.” So the customers in the store can’t get service and can wait instead?
