DQ has always been my go to place when I have a really bad day. So today, when I had one of the worst days I’ve had in a very long time, my boyfriend took me. I ordered a NY cheesecake blizzard with extra cheesecake.. I love the little pieces. However I did not receive a single little piece of cheesecake in it despite the extra we paid to get it :/ (or any on the strawberry filling) I normally love getting things from here but this is the second time it has happened and when you’ve already had a devastating day… bad ice cream just makes it somehow worse.
I will say staff here is always amazing- I’m sure if we were able to turn around they would have fixed this.

We usually just go for the occasional blizzard . So far staff seems pretty nice and friendly . Really no complaints !
I ordered the #6 combo and boy my triple cheeseburger was cooked to perfection! Juicy patties, melted cheese just an excellent burger. My fiancé got the $7 dollar chicken tender meal, again not over cooked but just tasty. We don't have at DQ where we live outside of Littleton NH but wanted to make sure to let you know our excellent experience. Frank Murphy Whitefield NH

4th time having a bad experience here at the drive thru. Partner and I work on an ambulance and like to have a treat when we have had a long day, each time we have ordered here our orders have been wrong and we’ve been charged for the add ons that weren’t put in. 3 times in a row my partner asked for cocoa fudge core and didn’t get it. We are on the road so can’t really go back in and complain. We also were under the impression that Dairy Queen did a first responder discount, we pull up in the ambulance and haven’t gotten the discount. Only today, the 4th visit was there a sign on the window that said 25% off discount and in very small print which was hardly visible it said we had to ask first. It seems egotistical to me to ask for the discount, but I feel like if we would’ve known we had to ask we would’ve. Today was the last straw, we hadn’t been in awhile because of the other bad experiences but decided to give it one more chance. Was very clear toned and emphasized every word on purpose over intercom. wanted an m&m oreo vanilla blizzard with hot fudge and an oreo chocolate blizzard with cocoa fudge core. Received two vanilla blizzards, one with oreos and m&ms no hot fudge and one with m&ms no core. Put in request for email response on website. Hopefully someone responds because it's a disappointing waste of time and money. dont think we should go back
