I ordered the #6 combo and boy my triple cheeseburger was cooked to perfection! Juicy patties, melted cheese just an excellent burger. My fiancé got the $7 dollar chicken tender meal, again not over cooked but just tasty. 4th time having a bad experience here at the drive thru. Partner and I work on an ambulance and like to have a treat when we have had a long day, each time we have ordered here our orders have been wrong and we’ve been charged for the add ons that weren’t put in. 3 times in a row my partner asked for cocoa fudge core and didn’t get it. We are on the road so can’t really go back in and complain. We also were under the impression that Dairy Queen did a first responder discount, we pull up in the ambulance and haven’t gotten the discount. Only today, the 4th visit was there a sign on the window that said 25% off discount and in very small print which was hardly visible it said we had to ask first. It seems egotistical to me to ask for the discount, but I feel like if we would’ve known we had to ask we would’ve. Today was the last straw, we hadn’t been in awhile because of the other bad experiences but decided to give it one more chance. Was very clear toned and emphasized every word on purpose over intercom. wanted an m&m oreo vanilla blizzard with hot fudge and an oreo chocolate blizzard with cocoa fudge core. Received two vanilla blizzards, one with oreos and m&ms no hot fudge and one with m&ms no core. Put in request for email response on website. Hopefully someone responds because it's a disappointing waste of time and money. dont think we should go back
Blaming paying customers for providing bad service. Management still can't figure out how to provide good value and good customer service.

This place has had trouble keeping good staff and quality in the past. I rarely come but this trip I can tell you was perfect. Ghalib was great. It appeared only 3 people were working and you could tell he was busy. He kept his composure and didn't skip a beat helping everyone. I ate inside and heard him being a thourough manager. 100% impressed with the service, food and cleanliness.

My family and I came for lunch. Only three employees working and everything was orderly and great.
Only 3 staff members working and they are crushing it. They’re doing phenomenal. Communication and working together all at the same time. Food is great. Everything came out correct. Definitely clean and orderly. Great job!
Okay but need better training handling rushes. At least six people standing waiting for pickup orders and only one person was acknowledged. Took 20+ minutes for someone to finally say what’s the name on your order, what’s the name on your order, and what’s the name on your order. All of our stuff was done that entire time which was super annoying. Luckily the food wasn’t BAD (lukewarm) but come on… it took someone that long to just ask everyone standing there waiting what they needed. I’m sure drive thru was busy due to the front door always being locked with no sign pointing people to the side door (I assume so they appear closed inside lol)

This place is turning into McDonald's this is the second time now I've gotten a medium blizzard butterfinger with extra strawberries they charge for the extra strawberries they put only the butterfinger and strawberries on top you get halfway down the road you get done eating the first quarter of the blizzard the rest is just plain Vanilla Ice cream same thing McDonald's does instead of mixing it all in so you get some in each bite Top is loaded Middle and bottom is nothing You used to be different Dairy Queen used to be great

Their burgers are underrated IMO. Pretty good reward program on the app, but it makes me get a free Blizzard when I only have enough willpower to not purchase a Blizzard, but not enough to say no to a free one. This ruined my New Year's resolution and now I'm going to be fat at least one more year.

False Advertising! This Dairy Queen advertises that it is open until 10 PM, but when we arrived at 9 PM, the doors were locked, and only the drive-thru was available. This was very disappointing and misleading. I won’t be returning to this location.
